XIII - xii
It's great, just as bad as the original version, although the visuals are better

Skinamarink Sucks
XIII is great, lots of fun. I just want everyone to know that Skinamarink is really bad movie so far up it's own a** the filmmakers don't need to get colonoscopies for 5 years. But the game XIII, yes indeed, very fun.

Would be nice if you could save a game!!
I really like the game as I don't want a lot of challenge. I just want to shoot the bad guys. There are two things that drive me crazy though. You can't manual save which means I play till a checkpoint and quit for the day. The other one is stranger, it gives you tips on loading up which display for almost a quarter of a SECOND!! Hey, I can read fast, but not that fast. I am looking forward to a complete game, but will continue to limp along with it as it is till then.

Really a very BAD game!
I used to own the first version of this game already back in the early 2000's on the Xbox but never played it. But I always found it interesting from a graphic style point of view. Then I bought it on GOG for PC but had some technical issues and therefore, again, didn't play it. During christmas sale the remake version was now avail for € 3,99 so I decided to buy it. Finally it was about time to play the game. Well, I shouldn't, to be honest. The graphic style with the comics is still very nice. But the rest! These are the dumbest enemies I have ever seen in a shooter. The graphics is VERY bad, the enemies are over and over again always the same characters and they look like pictures/posters. One can manage without any difficulties to just shoot them and move on in the game. There is no such thing to collect things or to search things. Well, there is, these little golden statues. But you don't need them to move on with the game. At last I just wanted to finish the game but couldn't, simply because towards the end of the game there are levels where it is not allowed to raise ANY alarm and I couldn't figure out what to do to avoid the alarm. My plan was to watch the YouTube walkthrough to at least know the outcome of the story. But I decided to not even do that because the story is just bad as the game. 4 Euros for that, well, okay, I played a couple of hours. But 20 Euros for THAT game, well, it's better to have a couple of beers for that money.
