One of the worst games of recent years
This game is really bad. I really only have negative things to say, I'm a little less than halfway through the game and I'm contemplating uninstalling. I haven't really had any fun since I started playing. The gameplay of this game consists of navigating a small, poorly designed open city with dead ends and alleys that all look the same- something that gets confusing and frustrating fast. Because you have to move around and backtrack often, you will encounter the same 3 enemies over and over and over and over and over and higher and higher levels. And the leveling system? Either make the world worse by killing civilians to become stronger, or get the perfect ending by killing nobody and smashing your head against a wall while you get one-shot by basic enemies. Seriously... I've gotten hit standing behind an enemy. They slide towards you during attacks and even do 180 degree turns like their lock-on is a magnet. Meanwhile, you will constantly miss enemies in front of you cuz you barely move forward when attacking. Lastly, you need to keep each district healthy, which consists of crafting medicine and giving it to people. Imagine pressing a few buttons to craft a thing you don't see, have to go through the chore of walking around the entire map handing out medicine to each person one by one (with no real benefit), only for them to get sick again later. This is a textbook example of how NOT to make an enjoyable experience.

1, 2, 3, ..., 40. No more review title.
And only 2.000 characters in the review body... :/ Well. I consider this game so disgustingly bad I actually wrote a review, for once. Honestly, I almost never do! Usually I just blacklist both the publisher and the studio and forget about it. But this ... this ... ah, forget it! I wrote a review with about 5.6K characters and it still didn't catch even half of what annoys, irks and pisses me off in this product. I don't get how you can even remotely like it. Slow, sluggish, railroading deluxe, zero choices (that make any difference, that is), no fast travelling, random zone deterioration (which _cannot_ be avoided because you have to sleep/advance time to level up/increase your skills).

Best Vampyr game "I" played.
Just what I needed before masquerade bloodlines 2 releases. I guess it is good that I played it that late since there were many bugs as it released, not it was a great experience. Just as I thought I found a thing I don't like about the game I realized that it is an important part of this experience.

Nice to have, but...
The game is mutch better, than it's grade, but... Where's DLS? Where are the achievements? Most of my pleas regarding this game are towards GOG, not the game itself and it's developers.
