Unepic

Completely unplayable. Using an xbox 360 controller is buggy as [censored] Game prompts me to calibrate it, and when I go to calibrate left on the analog stick, the calibration window disappears, so calibration is impossible. This means hitting buttons in game is completely off, trying to select the lighter instead makes me select the previous item in inventory (the character's shirt). I've been looking for solutions online, and nothing suggested works, and using a keyboard with a game like this is just awful.

Note: I only played the multiplayer campaign with my friends. I really don't get the high reviews. The game had controls that weren't very tight, and the multiplayer campaign aspect (the only reason I bought it) had terrible issues with constant dying and respawning. The humour was also awful. Some of the levels felt fun, but other had difficult jumps that was just hilarious to watch as your friends died over and over in the same pit. Overall, very unepic, indeed.

Typical dungeon crawler. It would be enjoyable to drone through it with mindless intent to hack and slash but the writing is so horrible and tries too hard to be funny... Some may enjoy it but unfortunately I found the character so unlikeable I had to drop it partway.

The game play is fun, but there's a lot of swearing in the game. While some may enjoy this type of language, I hope the developer considers making a cleaner version (dropping the swearing). I wish I had known about the language in the game prior to purchasing it. Maybe I'll play it in a foreign language so I don't have to see the offensive english words. :)

The game is nice and fun, but it's ruined thanks to the horrible control scheme... Sometimes I can't even assign specific keys as it just doesn't "detect" them. In order to attack with mouse, I have to move my mouse all the way to the left top most, then right click and if i want to attack to the right, i have to bring the mouse the far right top to attack right. Forget assigning E or F as Action key as it'll hinder when trying to write notes on the map. If only they added controller support, then again, if they did a horrible job with the keyboard, which the game was designed for, who knows how horribly they'll assign the buttons on a controller. Thoroughly disappointed.
