Travellers Rest

Excellent game to sink dozens of hours in. Very fun, tons of stuff to do. Unlike a lot of similar games, you don't necessairely have to do everything yourself. You can farm all of your own ingredients, but you can also just buy them. You can mine and chop wood, grind your crafting skills, or you can spend a few days saving up to just buy that extra fermentation tank and some additional kegs. Then let the skill points came as they may from cooking and brewing. Knowing this, not necessairely playing like this, takes a lot of the stress out of getting everything done during daylight hours. Not yet as fleshed out as stardew valley or graveyard keeper.

I've played for 26 hours and have 61% achievements. It's fun, looks and plays like Stardew, but you spend most of your time cooking and farming. I've spent more time on it than I have on "better" games, so the devs are onto something good. I've tried other games, and this is the best tavern simulator on GOG.

The game is amazing in the complexity of its mechanics and pixel graphics. There's just so much detail, and it's all smart and tasteful. Not to mention the sweet humor. Even the minigames are fun. Perfect balance between interesting and relaxing. A busy student's rest.

It is hard to figure out and you can't find some of the items you need. And there is no way to save the progress. I love the graphics.
