The Longest Journey

My experience with this game is having graphical issues during the opening sequence. I contacted Funcom about it in detail, and they simply pointed me to their support forum. The forum has a few topics, but for a commercial game players shouldn't be expected to test the game. I am dissappointed in the lack of effort on the developer's part. I didn't spend much time messing with the game, so if you like to tinker, perhaps you will have better results.

But the native audio _norwegian_ is not available which ruins this for me. I had high hopes my kids could experience the game as I did, in norwegian but no.

It became the shortest journey because after 10 minutes i uninstalled it.

Probably a good game, but on my Win10 Notebook the the cutscenes do not run and the Notebook freezes in such a way that I had to struggle to get it running again. The game itself would run, but I won't risk my Notebook anymore.

Very disapointed...not by the game, but by the product himself, I explain : 1. Compatibility problem with FMV > Game crash at every cut scenes = No solution 2. You downloading a exe file but the game still work like if you had the original game disc and don't detect CDrom 2 = problem can be solved but GOG didn't mention it. 3. Crash at a certain point of the game (Entering a police station) = The problem can be solved by two ways > Installing the patch 1.61 or the patch "Police Station Fix"...BUT, the patch 1.61 don't work because the GOG version is not compatible and the "Police Station Fix" don't work because...Wait for it...it search for CDRom 2 ! Which doesn't exist because you have DRM version. And, Finally, not a single patch, not a single way to contact GOG about it (And yes I try the Support Section)...So , people, find a good emulator because TLJ worth it, but DON'T BUY THE GOG VERSION.
