Just a bad port
Locked controls and a bad port... GOG gave it for free, I would never buy this, it's just a waste of money. Avoid this port (the game, if you can play it in another platform or port/emulator, it's awesome).

Don't bother.
Only in the 2010s would a company named after the term emulation would manage to make the worst NeoGeo emulator of all time. No wonder their name isn't attached to the listed companies involved with this bad rerelease.
