Teleglitch: Die More Edition

You are chased by monkey people and have to stab them with scraps you find lying around on the floor. Also you're in a maze-like structure and have to navigate it until you find a teleporter to access the next level. From what I can gather the environments are also randomly generated with loads of intricate corridors, rooms, open areas, and passages to explore. The monkeys are also fun to shoot because they try to dodge your attacks. For example they zig-zag and hide behind walls when you point a gun at them. You'll probably also die alot, so if you like games where you die, or if you like dying, you'll have a lot of fun with this game.

That is pretty much it. Graphics are really big pixels, but still it plays as best of top-down shooters and gameplay is really engaging.

First i was sceptical, looking at the graphics (usually i don't care), but after playing it it has its charm. A challenging sci-fi-horrorish-roguelike where you run around the map picking up weapons and items which you can combine to upgrade guns and equipment to help you get to the teleporter for the next levels that get increasingly difficult. Yes its challenging (which is not bad lol), yes you will die alot, but its fun, always finding new combinations for loot (oh look i made a life detector, now i won't be suprise buttsex'd,). After reaching a certian level you can continue from a designated level instead of restarting from beginning if you wish. You get some stuff, but as i see it its more profitable if you start from scratch. Theres lore too that you get from computers to get some insight on what went on before crap hit the fan. A Definite pleasent suprise for me.

The scifi horror mood is amazing in this top-down roguelike survival(?) shooter. It's barely a roguelike, but it's there. It does what it is here for really well tho. Don't expect super deep mechanics like some roguelike classics, but far more than some roguelites around. No mandatory metaprogression!

I've been stuck on lvl 5 for 48 hours. I don't think I'm gonna make it. 10/10, would accidentally panic click and blow myself up again [_]_[_]
