"We grew up playing games such as Gothic or Titan Quest, so in this game, we used everything we loved about old-school RPGs. We mixed it with Slavic mythology, dressed it in a modern suit, and then told our story through it."
Meditative Exploration: This is a slow-paced RPG, and a significant amount of time will be spent in peaceful exploration of a vast, handcrafted world. Discover new places, gather loot, collect plants for cooking and alchemy.
Evolving World: As you play, the world will change on its own, and you will be informed through world events. Experience the seasons and a day-and-night cycle, where days are peaceful, and nights are safer within the secure walls of a village. Other characters also have their daily cycles, and you will come across them wandering or trading between towns. Help one faction dominate the world, buy houses, upgrade them, and much more.
Impactful Combat: You will have enough time to prepare for combat, utilizing your skills and the environment to outsmart enemies. With hundreds of items, a vast selection of skills and builds, talents, and more, you can prepare for combat. If that's not enough, you can always hire mercenaries for assistance.
Story: While factions are divided on Earth, gods themselves are divided in the sky. Throughout the campaign, you will not only follow their story but also decide how it will end, as this game has multiple endings. Your choices will shape not only the story but also the world around you.
Soul Lost Between the Worlds: With every death, you will return to the underworld to speak with the god of that domain and then resurrect with a new character. We spent years perfecting this mechanic, so discover why players love how we implemented it in this game. Not only will you change characters, but you can also transform into beasts and animals.
Old prophecy:
"Svarog, the first god, created six worlds and fell asleep. In his dream, he created the seventh world, Earth. Once he wakes up, Earth will cease to exist."

The game feels like a mix between Titan Quest,Dawn of Magic 2 and Morrowind.
It's a lil bit rough around the edges but i has alot of content and pretty unique death/replay mechanics.
I have played it a few hours now and i like the feeling of the game.
I was able to buy a house, cook, craft etc.
Don't expect high quality,it's definitely a low budget indie game but its alot of fun if u like these type of games.
I was extremely positive after completing it for the first time.
I found the storyline, which deals with Slavic mythology, to be above average. The quests are typical RPG fare, but tell nice stories and are well integrated into the game.
In my opinion, the character system is very good. The combat system and skill trees are reminiscent of Titan Quest and are divided into Melee, Rogue and Magic with subclasses.
The character attributes can be increased by using the corresponding actions and weapons.
The open and freely accessible game world in a top-down perspective is also very nicely done and looks organic and atmospheric. There is also a day/night cycle, nights are more dangerous.
I also noticed that the game world is not so populated with enemies like other ARPGs. You might not like that, but I personally found it authentic.
You can expect to spend around 15-30 hours on one playthrough. It doesn't have the sheer amount of quests, loot, secrets and CharBuild options as in some other games and therefore doesn't feel so overloaded. I enjoyed playing a role-playing game again that got to the point in a relatively straightforward manner.
For some players, the presentation may be inadequate. There is no voice acting, graphics and sound are (of course) not at the level of games from major development studios. The dialogues are rather minimalistic and some things could be more polished. However, the "inner values" more than compensate for this in my opinion. It's certainly not perfect, but a lot of good thought has gone into it.
You can tell that this title is a project close to the developer's heart. There is good communication with the player base and the game is still being updated.
My experience is based on a primary bow fighter in normal difficulty mode. I can well imagine that it is a little more difficult as a melee fighter.
Conclusion:
Very fine old-school Indie RPG with a sandbox touch. For fans of Diablo, Divine Divinity/Ego Draconis, Gothic.
This game feels like it was a labour of love, made by old-school gamers for old-school gamers. Yes, combat can feel a little simple, environments can be a little wonky, the world can feel a little sparse, dialogue is minimalistic... but who cares. The atmosphere and tension are top notch, progression is so satisfying, the mechanics are creative and cohesive, and the lore is surprisingly intriguing. There is genuine heart and soul in this game, and it is absolutely worth the modest price to experience it at least once.
I have both on steam and gog now that's amazing, I always asked myself what if Svarog's dream could be preserved and kept safe " forever ". The worldbuilding in this game reminds me of ultima 7 in a way that it's really well-built for an ARPG it's like a mix of CRPG and action to me. Dying can be fun in this game you can possess an existing non-player character that was living their life or roaming around in the world!
I'm having a blast.
The minimalism in dialogue is just right for me, I'd read a book if I wanted more than that.
The graphics grow on me the more I play (my only wants are character models that match the portraits a little better sometimes, and visible weapon sheathing) The classes are all super fun to play so far, plenty of 'I win' buttons that feel great to use and build/play around.
Nailed the sound design too, and I'm listening to the birds chatter as I type this.
The 'fake hardcore' ironman mode is brilliant by being just painful enough to make the game feel dangerous without truly ending your run, it's fantastic imo.
Trying to keep the original 3 choices alive with limited knowledge of the game pushes me to try new builds and approaches to the early game. I always wanna play all the builds from the beginning anyway, so that works for me. Even for short range melee weapons the enemies are completely finessable from the start, the animation canceling makes combat feel great.
I've been itching for a game like this. Not perfect, but what is? It's a 5 for me, this is fun.
...Also, the ox carts are hilarious.
