My childhood memories right here!
I've been playing this game since I was 6 years old and I was excited when I saw this was avaliable! Next, GOG should put The Phantom Menace PC game avaliable to play, that game is nostalgia to me as well!

Brings back memories, runs like a charm.
This is one of my favorite games ever, and I've spent several *years* trying to get the original game working in VMs with old version of Windows (it never worked without issues). This version works perfectly at 1080p60 in Windows 10, even inside a VM on macOS! Unique planets, good keyboard controls, idiosyncratic racer designs – they're all there and just as fun as 19 years ago. :-)

THANK YOU!!! LOVE THIS GAME!!!!
OMG I AM IN HEAVEN! I played this game to the core since i first got it when i was little on the N64. If the game could calculate the time i have spent with this game, i swear it could have been about 300 or more! I literally mastered the ability to just day dream 100% even on the hardest race maps and still nail first place. I memorized every single little map. Now i get to relive my 8 year old child memories today at age 27!

Still gets the blood pumping
Just as thrilling to race now as it was 19 years ago. I can't believe how well they nailed the feeling of speed and just barely held control of twin jet engines that made the movie scenes so enthralling. The graphics have not aged too well but they still manage to portray the feeling of the Star Wars universe and it's not like you even notice when boosting at 600mph around a tight corner with the overheat warning screaming at you. If you want to use an xbox 360 controller I strongly recommend following the guide from https://www.reddit.com/r/gog/comments/8grwg3/star_wars_racer_xbox360_controller_axes/ to set it up
