Space Pirates and Zombies

Really fun to collect technology to become the bane of the police buahaha I also saw a comment about getting a black screen and freezing the whole computer...yeah blame win10 , there is a fix by the dev to force the game to use direx intead of Opengl and fixes it. SO yeah, if in win10 remember to apply the fix if you get that bug :D

This game is phenominal. Ever wanted to play EVE but was to afraid of it's complexity? Well this is pretty much a 2D, singleplayer, top down, less complex version of EVE. You can mine rocks, shoot and kill pirates and civilians... or side with the civilians against the evil corporations. It's allot of fun and well worth the asking price. With allot of replay ability and even mods! I've put in probably around 18-20 hours so far. Note, I own it on Steam and I'm just extending my opinion here! Get it... get it now!

I've already got this game, but as soon as GOG had it, I just knew I had to buy it again to have on my GOG shelf. I'm just surprised that it took so long to get here. If you've played games like Conquest; Frontier Wars and liked it, then you'll love this one. In my own opinion, I think this is the better of the two. You don't think that at first, because you don't think there's much to it, but when you get under the hood of this game and figure out the tricks and tactics, you'll find yourself playing it for hours on end. Even when you just want to play it for an hour or so in the evening, you'll lose all track of time and you'll find that you've been on it for 8 straight hours with the light of dawn cracking through the window! And yes, that did happen to me once with this game, and that usually a good indicator of how good a game is. So if you are a space game fan, buy it, download it, install it, play it, and totally SPAZ out!

Goofy premise, but the gameplay is quite fun and comes together quite well in a way I didn't expect. Also note that the devs released modding tools which allow you to modify quite a bit of the game.

You go from solar system to solar system and from planet to planet, and all you do is fight and mine. Well, not really, you'll also upgrade ships and play with all kinds of setups. You're always in action or close to it, and because it's a pretty fun and addictive game it can really hook you up. I'm a bit of a sucker for bright colors and this game provided those in spades in an aesthetically pleasing way. You can customize your universe, but if you choose from a medium one and up, you'll have a lot of grinding to do until the end of the game. Pros: pretty colors, overall fun and keeps you engaged.
