still holds up
too many games are super concentrated on first-person naval and squad combat and they lose the point of being a pirate - buried treasure, romance, and flair!

Limited possibilities but unique gamplay
Although quite repetitive, this game is always good for relaxing with some raids, sea battles, sword fights, treasure hunts and - of course - not to forget the dance challenges with all the gouvenours daughters. ...All in between the search for your lost relatives and the carabean-wide competition with the most famous pirates... After all quite repetitive but rich in gameplay and therefore not annoying: I recommend to play this game.
