Severed Steel is a single-player FPS featuring a fluid stunt system, destructible voxel environments, loads of bullet time, and a unique one-armed protagonist. It's you, your trigger finger, and a steel-toed boot against a superstructure full of bad guys. Chain together wall runs, dives, flips, and slides to take every last enemy down.
Key Features

Stylish Combat
Dodge bullets, leap off walls, slide kick, throw weapons – do whatever it takes to come out on top in intense and frenzied firefights.
Fully Destructible Environment
Pepper through plaster with sharp 4.7 mm rounds, punch through thick concrete with .50 cal slugs, or make big holes in things with your arm cannon.
Dynamic AI
No two battles are the same thanks to dynamic, unscripted, squad-based AI.

A range of adjustable settings for features such as difficulty, visuals, audio, controls, navigation, and more

This game is pretty easy, even on the harder difficulty setting where you take double damage, but it was still fun with satisfying guns and a badass protagonist. There is basically no story but the gameplay is solid and the visuals are unique and cool.
It's essentially Max Payne + Superhot + F.E.A.R. and naturally + Trepang.
You're in a big bad government building, and near endless waves of jabronis in tacticool SWAT gear want you dead.
Insert Metroid Prime arm cannon for maximum facesplosions, and you're good to go.
Parkour, slide, slidekick, wallrun, wallkick, then face kick, and throw your gun that's just run dry into his buddy's face.
Here's how to do the Max Payne face and then dive shot.
Servered steel is a game unlike any other: fast pased quick solo matches with plenty of challenge, highly customizable (if you want) and just tons of fun. Great for a small hour of emptying your mind but could eat up your time if not carefull!
welp this wont be my usual yammerings on positive and negative i unabashedly love this game and its not so sutle homages to superhot, syndicate (the FPS had exactly ONE good moment and its in severed steel so play steel not ea games), quake, cruelty squad, and such.
I can not judge it objectively because i adore it far too much.
Yes yes it uses wallrunning and i hate that but the gunplay is rock solid leading to gamelay being excilirating, all self feeding loop of awesome.
there are even limited brekable walls and floors ffs!! who needs to have a way when you can MAKE one!
soudtrack is not on par with AAA games but thats fair, noone can do it all and again the main part of the game is absolute perfection to MY eyes so i will not sweat over passable but unremarkable music.
you probably should read some negative reviews this game is not perfect nothing is but i can recommand it for i thorrowly enjoy it.
