Severed Steel is a single-player FPS featuring a fluid stunt system, destructible voxel environments, loads of bullet time, and a unique one-armed protagonist. It's you, your trigger finger, and a steel-toed boot against a superstructure full of bad guys. Chain together wall runs, dives, flips, and slides to take every last enemy down.
Key Features

Stylish Combat
Dodge bullets, leap off walls, slide kick, throw weapons – do whatever it takes to come out on top in intense and frenzied firefights.
Fully Destructible Environment
Pepper through plaster with sharp 4.7 mm rounds, punch through thick concrete with .50 cal slugs, or make big holes in things with your arm cannon.
Dynamic AI
No two battles are the same thanks to dynamic, unscripted, squad-based AI.
Accessibility
A range of adjustable settings for features such as difficulty, visuals, audio, controls, navigation, and more

As someone that's been kind of bored with the FPS genre, Severed Steel feels like a breath of fresh air. Frantic and breakneck paced combat with a highly destructible environment. I can't tell you how much joy I get out of sliding under enemies or pulling the pistol from their belt before clearing a room. Slo-mo feels SO satisfying to use and the range of motion your character has is insanely good. The cannon makes for some really fun entrances and a backup when your other hand's empty
The story's kept to a minimum, which I actually don't mind, I think the gameplay more than makes up for that
The sales price being 90% off makes this game a no brainer to buy. Its really fun for a few hours of a campaign and replayability if you want to try some more fancy tricks you've learned
TLDR: buy this game if you want a fast-paced cool shooter with emphasis on movement, cool weapons, nice enemy variety, good enemy AI (not ground breaking but not dumb), great soundtrack and great replay value.

I have very little time, thankfully Severed Steel respects that and get you right into the action!
Over the top, high tempo, shooter with cool mechanics like slow-motion, sliding, dodghing, double jumping, wall running - i mean, what else could you ask for?!
The story is not important, nor is it interesting, but that's not why you'll buy and play this game.
You're paying for bang for your buck - and oh boy does it deliver!
the replay value on this is off the charts! I have played this extensively, and still do to this day. Bought the GOG version because I had to support the devs and also to get a DRM free version of this game for my self.
