A great game but with some issues
In Second Sight, you play as Parapsychology researcher, John Vattic who's lost his memory. John discovers that he's got psychic abilities that he can use to uncover his past and restore his memory. You have a choice of how you want to play the game, either shooting up bad guys in every room or using stealth to get passed them, undetected. There is some puzzle solving, but nothing too difficult. With that said, this game is not perfect. It has a wonky camera and a tedious aiming system. But, the game was released in 2005, so it's forgiveable. And, you get used to these issues and adapt, if you're willing to give the game a chance. It's worth noting that the GOG version of this game has the widescreen fix and appears to have the FPS fix, as well, as it runs very well on Windows 11, even on high resolutions. Native controller support and cloud saves have also been added to the GOG version. I was able to test the Xbox controller with it, and it works well.
