Complete Failure
I have three computers, tried playing it online and offline on all three without success. One error after another. I cannot recommend anbyone wasting their money on this unless the company fixes it.

Buy when HEAVILY discounted only
TLDR: It's pretty fun to play as RoboCop for a while but only those desperately seeking fan service despite its questionable quality will find enjoyment beyond the first hour. FULL: Remember RoboCop 3? This game is kinda like that (it's also set in between 2 and 3). Sure you get more RoboCop but it's not even close to capturing any aspect of the OG film. The story is weak, like frail elderly weak. The jokes and satire throughout are alright but again it's not the scathing hilarious satire of the OG film, it's just a flimsy attempt to recreate it. Having Peter Weller as the voice of RoboCop is awesome even if his voice has been altered a bit too much but the rest of the VA cast don't even remotely try to sound like their movie counterparts which is disappointing and kinda annoying. But the biggest issues are the gameplay and graphics themselves. Gameplay doesn't really deviate much; walk around, collect "evidence", shoot a lot and occasionaly run through some basic "investigation" style sidequests that have about as much depth as a kiddie pool. There's a levelling up and upgrade system for Robo and his gun but its all standard fare and feels tacked on just to artificially add length/depth. The level designs are serviceable at best, semi open areas with a lot of reused assets that aren't too dissimilar to what we got from Teyon's Terminator game. Ultimately, everything has a rough edge to it that's really more at home with a fanmade project rather than a studio project, issues like assets and textures not loading properly, facial animations and syncing with the dialogue is very hit and miss. It's the kind of jank and lack of polish that one cannot justify paying full price for or even half price. I'd say minimum 60% discount otherwise you're overpaying.

Glitchy as hell
People need better technical skills to make a video game. Started it right after download and everything was extremely laggy, even the intro videos. Restarted the OS and the lag disappeared. All good now? I don't think so. After this kind of a rough start, what other unpleasant surprises the game may hold in store? I intended to play this game with an Xbox controller. The game seems to support the controller... for a couple of minutes. After I tried adjusting gamepad sensitivity in the game settings, it stopped recognizing the controller, period. Restart the game, test the controller in another app (successfully) - nothing would make the game see the controller again. Contact game support? No, thank you. I'd rather play another game that works out of the box. Back for a refund.

A horrible service to the movies
The Robocop is there but it doesn't feel like Robocop. It feels more like playing as malfunctioning microwave. First of all the performance issues. They're everywhere, from the start menu to boss fights. The game will lag even high end gear. Gameplay is awful. The game actively resists you aiming instead of offering aim assist like you'd expect from playing as Robocop. Even after turning off the mouse acceleration in the game config files, it still feels like garbage. Collisions are only for the player. The enemies can easily ignore any obstacles between them and the walking refrigerator that you're controlling. There's a mission with lots of snipers. You cannot shoot them throguh the gaps in a ladder however they can absolutely shoot you with no problem. The animations feel like a parody to a game. The entire time I felt like playing "High On Life", only that game was supposed to look like parody but this wasn't. Boss fights are you locked in an arena with no ammo, no cover, no health packs. Just a damage sponge boss, you, the lags, and the horrible aiming system. I'm giving it two stars only because of the nostalgia for the movies.
