Pillars of Eternity: Hero Edition

I hope you like reading because that's half the game, the rest is fairly boring combat. Every time combat starts the nice mood set by the normal music is destroyed by the combat music.. It's better to mute the game and play the soundtrack on Youtube. There are many classes, but they all feel too similar. The lore seems fun, but the story is always kinda sitting in the backseat while you mess around in the woods or in some dungeon you can't really do because some skill is too low level even though you may have done everything you possibly could and focused every point into it. It's no Baldur's Gate, hell, it's not even as good as Icewind Dale 1. Get it on sale.

Another piece of game nonsense, all of a sudden Calischa whatever she's called 'left' with my flask! This after we fought together. So stupid. This game has a serious flaw: no humour whatsoever, as stiff as a metal pole. The music is great and as a musician myself I appreciate more than most, but it won't be enough to convince me to devote dozens of hours to this game. And no tutorials whatsoever, and the combat is rubbish....pause every 5 seconds, etc. Most RPGs aren't good enough, and this one is no exception

The game is absolutely fantastic. GOG's support however, is anything but. Very much wishing I had purchased it on Steam. Several broken installs, poor communication from support team, broken links in Galaxy not to mention that Steam is already rolling out the patch which fixes the inventory bug. The list goes on and on. My experience with the service has completely ruined my experience with the game. Definitely recommend this game, just not from GOG.COM

This game is just awesome ! I am breathless.... If u ever enjoyed Baldurs Gate you need to play this. I am just stunned how creators could accomplish something like this...I played for few hours already didnt finish it yet and i didnt have a dull moment... Plus it have the best inventory system in RPG ever... From what i can tell authors had to play a lot because they exactly know what a rp gamer wants. Ok thats enough i gotta go back to the story. Download it and enjoy, well spend money, hell even for 60 bucks... Battlefield Hardline my ass.

This game is but a parody to those it pretends to tribute. -Shoehorned diversity -Removing backer-content over complaints -Boring, bland and sterile world -Obtuse plot -Cringeworthy dialogue -A plethora of bugs -Combat AI non-existent -XP-system -Dumbed down quest-log, and quests in general -Music felt tame and generic +Quality of life implements, making it considerably easier to race through the game
