No Man's Sky: Breach update is here!

Inspired by the adventure and imagination that we love from classic science-fiction, No Man's Sky presents you with a galaxy to explore, filled with unique planets and lifeforms, and constant danger and action.

In No Man's Sky, every star is the light of a distant sun, each orbited by planets filled with life, and you can go to any of them you choose. Fly smoothly from deep space to planetary surfaces, with no loading screens, and no limits. In this infinite procedurally generated universe, you'll discover places and creatures that no other players have seen before - and perhaps never will again.

Now including...

Play with all major updates since launch: Foundation, Pathfinder, Atlas Rises, NEXT, The Abyss, Visions, the 2.0 BEYOND update, Synthesis, Living Ship, Exo Mech, Desolation and the 3.0 update, ORIGINS, Next Generation, Companions, Expeditions, Prisms, Frontiers, Sentinel, Outlaws, Endurance, Waypoint (4.0), Fractal, Interceptor, Echoes, Omega, Orbital, Worlds Part I (5.0), Worlds Part II, Relics, Beacon and VOYAGERS (6.0).

And now with added Cross-Save! No Man’s Sky now supports Cross-Play and Cross-Save between a huge number of platforms including PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Pro, Xbox One and Series X/S, Game Pass, GOG, Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck, PlayStation VR 1 & 2 and PCVR.

Available for PC and Mac (see recommended and minimum specs for details).

An epic voyage to the centre of a shared universe awaits, allowing you to explore, trade, fight and survive alone or with friends.

Embark on an epic voyage

At the centre of the galaxy lies an irresistible pulse which draws you on a journey towards it to learn the true nature of the cosmos. But, facing hostile creatures and fierce pirates, you'll know that death comes at a cost, and survival will be down to the choices you make over how you upgrade your ship, your weapon and suit.

Find your own destiny

Your voyage through No Man's Sky is up to you. Will you be a fighter, preying on the weak and taking their riches, or taking out pirates for their bounties? Power is yours if you upgrade your ship for speed and weaponry.

Or a trader? Find rich resources on forgotten worlds and exploit them for the highest prices. Invest in more cargo space and you'll reap huge rewards.

Or perhaps an explorer? Go beyond the known frontier and discover places and things that no one has ever seen before. Upgrade your engines to jump ever farther, and strengthen your suit for survival in toxic environments that would kill the unwary.

Share your journey

The galaxy is a living, breathing place. Trade convoys travel between stars, factions vie for territory, pirates hunt the unwary, and the police are ever watching. Every other player lives in the same galaxy, and you can choose to share your discoveries with them on a map that spans known space. Perhaps you will see the results of their actions as well as your own...

Redemption

Dedication and effort on the part of the developers have allowed this game to realise its full potential. Granted it took some time, however the choice to fix NMS rather than abandon it like so many others would have reflects positively on both the game and its developers.

Great space experience

Great game and great experience. Since 2019 massive update came into the No Man Sky world and todays average rating is not what the game is. If you will check last 6 month replys it`ll be 5 star rating average. With the 50% discont is the best game for enyone who dreams of space journey and non rail storytelling. 5/5 waiting for more content

I Wanted To Love It So Much

Yes this game has done a great job recovering from a poor initial launch - kudos, great. I don't really care because I waited till the community said it was ready. I don't suppose it fails to deliver on many of its technical promises, but what I heard when it was announced - as a lifelong sci-fi nerd - was that I would finally get my own ship on explore a universe as diverse and complex as the real one. I don't know if people 'cut it some slack' because of the mathematical limits of procedural generation but trust me - it's not this limited. I really was expecting self-consistent unique ecosystems, biomes, evolutionary systems, and just a lot more diversity of experience and content. Even in 'creative' mode I feel I'm being shoehorned into mining and crafting (play styles that hold no interest for me), and frankly all planets are roughly the same perhaps half-dozen basic flavors. Creatures don't even make sense, why would an organism have evolved in that way? Examine them -- do you detect any correlation between their environment and their biology? SO MUCH could have been achieved with this game, it's tragic. Sure it's pretty - great. I guess some people find it fun - great. But the only way in which a post-NMS world differs from the one before is that people may be that much less likely to take serious the assertion that a game is going to take seriously the job of simulating free exploration of an actual, scientifically plausible galaxy. Sorry NMS, I wanted more than anyone to love you. I guess I'm still waiting for my Rogue Space Explorer simulation.

An endless Adventure [SPOILER FREE]

No Man's Sky offeres a outstanding Exploration! You can visit every place on every planet in every system. The game is a big sandbox game, where you can basically do whatever you want. You can play this game very peaceful as a trader, or a explorer, or you can fight against pirates, drones and predators. Meanwhile, there are also random generated horror-dungeons in this game, that offer a unique experience. If you don't like that much freedom, that's okay! No Man's Sky offers a really awesome story, that seems to be very confusing at first, but if you complete the main storyline, everything will make sense. And you get answers to every question that comes up in the game while playing the storyline. What about farming you may ask? Well you can farm alot. But you don't need to. If you just want some action and don't gather ressources all the time, you can play as a Drone-Hunter-Trader. Then you can buy all the ressources you need on the space stations, get headhunter missions and earn more money. And what about long term motivation? Well you can upgrade your ship(s), your inventory, your weapon(s), build a bigger or multiple bases and manage a huge freighter and your own fleet. Speaking about your own fleet: You can send those to different missions so that they gather ressources for you and they always come back with a random generated story, of what they experienced. Last thing that i want to mention is about the DRM state of the game. The truth is: This game is DRM free. BUT: There is one sidequest (not mainquest!) that you can't play without either playing online (at least once with each savegame) or using a mod / following a tutorial. If you don't want to use the GOG Galaxy launcher, and you never want to play online, but you still want to get the sidequest, follow my tutorial, or use my mod, both linked below: Tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JhbQaX9f8AM&t=1s Mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/nomanssky/mods/1782?tab=description C U Soon!
