Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord

Game doesn't start. Reinstall didn't help.

This is a great platform for a game but its unfortunately not done, the launcher is horribly unstable, there is a 50/50 chance of crashes if you have just updated your driver. The game is ugly, not is in graphics(which not are not great either) but trhe artstyle is very underdeveloped. Small things like villages on the campaign map being to small and obscure to see and click, the AI is not good, its either tedious and hides in a corner or make suicide attacks. Not much different music either, feels like its same 4 songs on repeat. In short, this is still beta, the developer either got lazy or ran out of many. To bad, its almost promomising and click a certain itch Check kingdom come out instead. there is great more ambition there.

Bannerlord is a great game even now, few months before official release. TaleWorlds have taken what made the prequels so beloved, and sprinkled enough quality of life improvements and new mechanics to make the game feel fresh. As a result, even during the early access, by the end of 2021, I can recommend Bannerlord as not only a worthy successor, but the best M&B game ever.

Ive had this game for almost a year, only recently has it started crashing anytime I try to make an action like going to help a village thats under attack. currently the game is unplayable in this condition.

- Achievements don't work in sandbox mode. - The created weapon has an ugly space between the blade and the handle. - Despite the excellent crafting system the game makes little use of it offering scant weapon options. Making "Warband" with good graphics, the developers would have already exceeded all expectations but they managed to make the sequel special and no less legendary. This game is definitely for decades.
