Master of Orion 1+2

This is one of those things that reminds you of a happy childhood. Like mother's borscht or summer holidays. It just makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside

To this day I still play Moo2 every now and then. I can blame this game for my failing UNI grades. I haven't found a game that came close to the level of customization and strategy this game provides. Ship customization, diplomacy, spy, tech tree, race customization.

I am soooo pleased that I could get these classics to play on my current computer. I prefer MOO2 over MOO1 because you can design your own races. Both are excellent and you don't even have to choose because you get both. Thank you GOG!

Master Orion was entirely better than Master Orion 3. It rating was 5 star, while it successor only get 2 star, even the lowest star in GOG.

MOO2 is hands down the best game I have ever played. I have been playing it on and off since release untill I had trouble getting it to run under Win7, even using dosbox. I hope this solves my problem! I'd suggest people try the Orion Projects V1.32D mod, it adds a lot better balance.
