really colorful and feel good game. some of the puzzles can be frustrating at times but overall pretty easy going with a great simple story. Art style is one of a kind. For instance, the artist originally drew very precise and robotic characters but the designers wanted a more organic flow to the art work. To solve this, the artist drew everything left handed. Along with the art, the soundtrack is excellent, I listen to it often by itself. Please play this.

I bought this game before it was available on GOG and loved it. The graphics and artwork are simply amazing! The game flows smoothly and has a great story. The logic puzzles are not extremely difficult and are perfect for a relaxing, rainy weekend. The robots are lovable. I would buy the game on GOG if I didn't already own it. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed machinarium, it's a delightful game. I was totally immersed in the world and the evocative storytelling as it unfolded. I found the puzzles to be just the right balance; it took me a while to work them out, but I never became frustrated or wanted to give up. It did only take me a day to play through (without using a walkthrough), so the only thing I would say I was left wanting for was more!

Got this as part of the black Friday sale. For 2 bucks, pretty much a no-brainer. What a wonderful game. Get ready for about 5 hours of beautiful puzzle solving and a cute story. Love the in-game walk through too! Not gonna lie, helped out once or twice.

I admit I am a big fan of Amanita. This is the game that made me so. This is not an ordinary adventure. It is point and click and you do have an inventory but there is no dialogue. The puzzles are more or less solvable each in the scene it exists (you won't need to go back and forth many times to pick up an item from another scene for instance). I liked the puzzles. I admit I found it of a medium to low difficulty, even though I did get stuck once or twice. But the solutions are clever and match the whole game concept and atmosphere. I would finally like to stretch as much as I can Amanita's artistic direction. The technical aspect of the game is not AAA of course, but it is beautiful and fully atmospheric. Because of this, Amanita's products are proof that games can be a form of art.
