Good Continuation
Good continuation of the previous two games. Maybe I'm just getting used to the series by now, but I felt this one was the easiest in the series so far. I won all the main campaign battles in my first try (3 stars for at least 50% of it, than a couple of 2 stars after that) and two hard battles in the extras made me grind a couple of missing stars, but they were a breeze after that. Playing the elves was an interesting change in aesthetic visually to jazz it up a bit and I think they nerfed the mage towers which felt slightly overpowered in the previous games. And as you usual, they gave me more heroes to pick from than I knew what to do with. Otherwise, as usual, the various creatures and bosses you shoot down were very well done. Also, the heroes' usable special ability (essentially an additional spell you can use that is dependent on which hero you select) was a nice addition (it's been a while, but I don't think that was in the previous games). The comic story segment were very so so for me, but they are not that important and very short. Definitely a good continuation to the series that mostly stays on course. If you enjoyed the previous games and are not tired of the formula by now, then you'll like this one too and if you didn't, then you'd best skip it as I don't seen any radical changes in this one that is likely to change your mind.
