Barely playable
I've been a fan of the original Journeyman Project since the Turbo version came out. I'm sure there's a good sequel in here somewhere, I've just had a miserable experience trying to get it to run. First, I had to deal with the Windows 11 compatibility mode and screen resolution issue. Even after getting the game to kind of run, I still had issues with it crashing. I've messed with this so much that I've decided it's not worth it to keep going with this game in its current iteration. I hope future updates solve these problems.

Classic
I played these games a long time ago. I remember going over to my Grandma's all the time and playing The Journeyman Project: Turbo on their new HP. TJP:T was bundled with the computer and even had the codes you needed in the guide to the computer. Good memories, Great Game. Bought it here to play it again (borrowed this one from a friend to play years ago).

Movement is tortuous
Trying to move in this game is incredibly difficult. There is an area on the right of the screen with arrows, left, right, up down and sometimes if you are really lucky, forward. You are only able to move in the direction of the red arrow if it is lit up. If you go up and right, you may never get to the control panel you are looking for, if the right combo should be left down right right up. It is HORRIBLE. Going to a walkthrough for assistance, it will tell you something like this: to reach the metal bar you go lluurrddffllbb (Left, left, up,up, right, right; you get the idea) If you don't do it in exactly this order, you will never reach the metal bar. I don't know who designed this method of moving in the game, but I would gladly punch him in the nose. I was very disappointed, because the game sounded so interesting, but I would rather have a tooth pulled than have to play this game.
