Iron Harvest Deluxe Edition

Though I may be proved wrong I think we are sitting on a great title here that was rushed to release a bit. The game does still need some ironing out of some bugs, optimizing and balancing and on launch was still awaiting some of the content. That being said, i'm still rating it a 4 because I have been enjoying the single player campaign and the graphics for the most part run well on my PC which i consider 'upper mid range' by 2020 standards (gtx 1660ti and i7 4790). The animations and effects are cool and perhaps because of the awesome setting I'm finding the gameplay for the campaign very engrossing and immersive. I really hope the game can reach it's potential so that we can enjoy more of this great setting. At this point the development team seems to be really on board with the project so lets hope that can last for the long haul.

Work fine on windows 7, x64 Great game, nice effects, interesting campaign, awesome multiplayer. It's a pity that there are no super weapons like in the case of C&C Generals.

This game could have been something special given the unusual dieselpunk aesthetic, but unfortunately everything about it other than the interesting mech designs is half baked and amateurish. From the horrible grating voice acting to the cabbage grade AI and baffling gameplay decisions and sluggish pacing, it just feels like a sort of decent beta version of some other unfinished game. What really made me refund though is the woeful optimisation and failure to start/black screen problems. A shame.

I like this game, but I don't think it is perfect. There are some bugs in it, but nothing serious, like a dead enemy model still standing as if he is alive but he is dead, some cut scenes where a mech just vanishes. The bugs I have experienced have only been graphical and nothing that hurted my experience of the gameplay. I am still pleased about the game after playing through the first campaign. I like the art style and looking at the mechs walking is fascinating. One thing is that I get punished very fast by mistakes in some parts of the campaign but that could be me just being a bad gamer. So I rate it 4 stars. It would be 5 for me if the bugs were not there but they are not so important for me, but it would not be right to give 5 stars if there is those kinds of bugs in the game.

Fantastic game. I am well over 10 hours into the main campaign and I am having a blast. I have not bought RTS in a while but this game spiked my interest due to Jakub Rozalski’s art work and interesting take on alterative history of Europe. Single player campaign is great. I am into second part of the game and the more I play the game the more I like it. I like the story and the cut scenes. Infantry units, mechs , heroes with special abilities are all cool. Graphics are well done and so are voiceovers. I would suggest to get Deluxe version because there is a lot of value in it with all DLCs included. There is a lot to be liked about this game. I highly recommend it !
