IL-2 Sturmovik™: 1946

I had the original, and could not do anything with it at first till I found out (the good news), you can turn off the torque, flutter affect, etc. It is the best thing IMO since SWOTL. A must have!

I couldn't love this game more if it were my own child.

Anyone know where the original X52 SETUP Program is? The New Program has Issues.

i love this game because a friend that died burned a copy of it 4 me and i never got to thank him and he had lots friend and i played this game and other game in the present that were easy to play that took up lots of room on my hardrive and this game is better then chuck Yeager game because the designer was a elite master programer and he like many is his field spend hours by himself with help from other make the perfect game i no i am a former Powell river scout and air cadet and my family was involved in ww 1 and 2 they are dead and they have quite a history with the department of defense in the states and England. and i would recamend this game to my friend who every reads this depending how fast a computer he or she is running.

IL2 what can I say about IL2 it is quite simply brilliant and unforgiving and hard and so much better for it. In this version there are a huge complement of aircraft all accurately modeled from byplans to early jets (yes there were jets in world war two). It's all there . You may be tempted to jump right in to a spitfire and just get stuck in DON'T spits are fun aircraft but a pig to land. You are better off with a fixed gear zero or something . This sim is made for the hard core . Good hunting
