EASILY SATISFYING, ANYTHING BUT EASY
Sling cards from your deck across two tactically distinct rows — melee and ranged. Gather more points in the duel against your opponent to win a round. Win two out of three rounds to win the battle. It won’t be easy, but no one said it should be.
NO HOLDING BACK, NO HOLDING HANDS
You start with 10 cards from your deck in hand, able to play each card right from the start. It’s up to you to open the game with your strongest unit, or save the best for later in the fight. How will your deck look and what will your strategy be?
The game requires an online connection to play and offers optional in-game purchases.
I quit the game for the first time last year when Svalblod Priest has been nerfed, i returned again this week and its seems the devs keep nerfing Skellige cards while other factions keep getting stronger. I dont know why so much hate against Skellige but this is bullshit. Not to mention that now takes forever to find a match in standard. Shame projekt red killed the game, now all i see in the matchmaking is the same Nilftard and Scumiatel crap.
Played many many card games out there but this one is myfavourite so far the most well designed animations sounds eargasm.
Also im a big fan of witcher books series and games (didnt play that much but girlfriend played all of them we both really like this witcher games and everything around the series) so i give max rating !
BEST CARD GAME OUT THERE
No predatory microtransactions, fun to play, stellar artstyle. I have been playing for 6 months and I have almost completed collecting cards without paying a single dime.

I have given my thoughts several times up to H/C arriving, which I won't rehash. Reasons really don't matter now, since IMO it seems we beta players were never really listened too anyway. The big question now of course is.. Is the Boss happy with the results? Are sales equal to need (versus expectation). Is the future of the card game in doubt, are jobs on the line? That is the real issue. And for me, I stand by my past comments... when and if a reshuffle is determined as needed as a final try for profitability and market success, turn to the Gwent Beta comments. All the information you need is there to recreate excitement and sales. Put the old pre-winter game Gwent back up. Charge all players a $40 game fee, and give them a transference of their assets and then turn the game loose to the marketplace, (yes, and Steam), with a qualified team positioned to make changes as 'needed' not 'dreamed as what if's' or candy flavor of the day. God, I miss old Gwent. End of story (I hope not). But then... other games are coming. Someone will pick up the pieces.
