Beta version was BETTER
From may 2017 Gwent was my favourite game. I tried to like Homecoming, but there's too many things I can't accept: 10 cards hand limit, chamged mulligans, no blacklisting, many unbalanced cards, increased RNG... and so on. Now I quit... Thanx CDPR for 1 and a half year of great adventure, but Gwent Homecoming isn't my game any longer. Sorry... I miss the Beta version very much. And the last but not least - they ruined Kambi - it was really exceptional card, now its exceptionally... iritating

The Future Ain't What it Used to Be
PROS: - The best, most innovative method of collecting cards in a free-to-play online CCG - Unique gameplay - 10/10 art/graphics - Amazing campaign - Thematically immersive - Welcoming community - Free-to-play friendly - Competitive, casual, and solo options CONS: - Confusing deck-building system - Not enough strategy variations from faction-to-faction - Although some of the mechanics are innovative, most feel rather bland and unexciting - Winning can feel un-rewarding because of slow pacing and little to zero power swinging - Although the developers are active, they do not adhere to the core of their fanbase

The best card game
I think gwent is so dinamic and have the most fun gameplay on a TCG game(and I've played a lot of TCG games that are out there). The cards have a really good mechanics, the playstile of the game is unique. I can say for sure the game is only improving, CDPR invest a lot of effort in making the game better for us! Another point that I found awesome is that they reward you by playing the game so much!! Never saw this on any card game, all being verry P2W and with a lot of expansions(even if you dont have thronebreaker you don't get too punished from not owning the cards and you can still craft then). I'm having a great time playing Gwent, besides all those bad reviews, this game is really great and it's getting better every time! note: I really had a hard time at the beginning of the game(the base deck is weak and you will probably lost the first matchs you will have until you get familiar with the game and how the leader mechanics works), not owning so much cards, but this was left behind by the reward book system, allowing me to get resourses to buy kegs and making new decks. Thanks CDPR, great game you guys made!!
