Don't believe the hype!
Grr. I should know better by now. I wanted a good ARPG because Diablo 3 had gotten boring for me. If you read these other reviews, I am a top candidate for Grim Dawn. Virtually everyone here says its better or on par with Diablo 3. It's not. Not. even. close. When people tell you its just Titan Quest with a new skin, they mean exactly that. The graphics are slow and choppy no matter what your rig can do. It's designed to be slow and choppy. The polygons are poorly made and it shows. Whatever else may be true about this game: it's skill trees, endgame content, whatever. I never got that far because the game is disgusting to look at and play. Total waste of money. Luckily I bought it on sale. The only game that's come close to being as good as Diablo has been Torchlight. If you want a good Diablo clone, pick up TL2.

Game has DRM
I am required to log into GoG galaxy to play this multiplayer...as in an account and login information to play....this sounds like DRM to me. I am pretty disappointed by this. As to the game itself, eh it's okay. I would probably give it three stars if it weren't for the DRM.

Stuttering mess
I am able to run this game on 144+ FPS, still the game is a horrible stutter-fest. Every few steps the game hitches for a brief second, FPS drops suddenly even in empty areas, you get freezes when trying to rotate a camera. This happens regardless if the Vsync is on or off. Even capping FPS to 60 in RivaTuner didn't fix the issue. Looked all around the net for possible solutions, to no avail. Seems like a bunch of people have this problem. The game is literally unplayable on a $2k+ rig. I don't want to sound like an a-hole, but how can they release a broken piece of c---p like this and charge money for it? Games like RE2Remake, Doom or Sekiro work flawlessly, while running this game is worse than playing Crysis in 2007.
