FAR: Lone Sails

what can i say? if you like games only for their atmosphere, music and sound effects... then, it could be worth 0.5 euro... if you think that gameplay is something that matters,,, look for sonething else

I spent nearly four hours running this game before finishing it, but at least one of those was AFK. Being short isn't so bad, but there's not much going on, either. The music is okay, and the game looks great, but the gameplay feels more like a prototype for a game that never happened. I'd be satisfied if I paid $6 US or less for this, but I got it on sale for for something like $12.99 and I think that was too much. But then, I'm the sort of frugal person who doesn't want to pay more than $10 to see a movie in theatre.

While it at first seems rather pointless to move such a big vessel around, burning lots of energy to gain a few meters, I sort of grew attached to it after a while, got used to it's rhythms and was a little sad to watch it go at the end. So ... success for this game. :)

I found this super fun, but wanted so much more. It ended far too soon, but it was a abeautiful game. Needs more.

Just lovely. Like a meditation. Reminded me a bit of Inside, bc it makes an impact without having to explain anything. Great worldbuilding without any dialogue or readying anything. Easy puzzles, beautiful atmosphere. Leaves you with a sense of relaxation and hope at the end.
