Use your imagination, video game edition

Just bought the game this afternoon and have already beaten it. I will agree with others who will say things like "artistic" or "creative" or "unique" but they should be telling you a few more things. **CONS** - This game is VERY short. You'll complete it within a couple hours at most. - No story. There is literally no story to this game. You can use your imagination to create one, to ask the "why" the "what" and everything else. But the game is not going to provide anything. - No reason to reply the game that I am aware of. Completing the game doesn't appear to change anything, it just starts over. **PROS** - The game is all about atmosphere. That is all this game is but it does it very well. - There are many fun little puzzles throughout the game. Some more challenging than others but it is a fun time. - The music is lovely, assuming of our that you enjoy instrumental pieces and soothing music. I am a bit torn on the game to be honest. It was enjoyable enough, I don't regret buying it. But just understand that this is really a piece of art in video game form. Much in the same way that you buy a painting and stick it on your wall to look at now and then, that is what this is. You'll buy it, play it, then it'll wait for a cold winter day for you to play it again.

Perfect

This is a stunning piece of work. I put my headphones on, turned the lights off, and lost myself in this incredible world for a brief time. I completed it in a single sitting, and anyone who defines its worth in hours will sadly be disappointed. Myself, I loved every minute. I would say it's the perfect length, and ends in the perfect place. If you thrive on discovery and wonder, and/or you have a love of magnificent old machines, I'd urge you not to miss it. I'd advise not reading any more about it, lest you dilute the experience.

A short abstraction

It's short, it's pretty, it's not challenging. It's slow. A lineat journey in an empty world, post apocalyptic I guess. The atmosphere is good, it feels like a cheap version of Inside, without the scary parts and the feels. It's hard to say it's "bad" but it's very short and doesn't go very far in its premise. No choices, no secret things, no explainations about anything. Just that weird machine you pilot (with interesting controls, you move your plateforming character inside your "ship" to press buttons to do stuff) to the end, with a couple upgrades on the way. I had a hard time feeling invested in the adventure. It felt a bit shallow in the end.

Sad, strange, and truly beautiful!

I don't really know, how to describe this game, since it is kind of its own genre. You travel alone in a deserted world in a strange vehicle, this gives a nice feeling of loneliness and discovery. What makes this quite unique, however, is the way you control your vehicle. It is a mix of puzzler plattformer and resource management. There are great games with vehicles travel and resource management and there are also great puzzle plattformers, but I would have never imagined that a combination of this two would work. And it does work, thanks to the great atmosphere, which holds everything together in this lonely world.

Short and beautiful journey

I really like the idea, the artwork and love the music. There are adorable details everywhere, my personal favourite is the radio. There are no dialogues or interactions with others but this game still manages to tell a little story. And a pretty wholesome one too, at least according to my imagination. What I probably enjoyed the most is the pacing of the game - the rotations between rather hectic times on the one hand and feeling more like a panoramic tour on the other. From a technical perspective this game is solid work. I encountered no bugs, glitches or performance issues. As many already mentioned the game is pretty short, I really wished the experience of playing this story lasted longer. But still the price is acceptable for me because it's approximately the same as going to the cinema and I absolutely enjoyed the time spent.
