Many of the reported issues appear to stem from missing one of the installation steps outlined below. While we work on improving the installation experience, please ensure you follow all the steps carefully.

Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
How to install and play Fallout London:
If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on Steam, please click here to access the installation's instructions provided by Team FOLON®. You will have to downgrade your version, then install the Fallout: London via our dedicated launcher.If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on GOG, since our version is directly compatible with Fallout: London, you will only have to follow these easy steps:
- Install the English version of Fallout 4: GOTY Edition via GOG GALAXY and disable your cloud saves.
- Get Fallout London in our store for free.
- Install Fallout London via GOG GALAXY and launch it.
- Follow the launcher’s instructions, and enjoy!
A Polite Disclaimer
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.

Looks promising but...
the crashes are massive and take it all away for me. Did what i could to make it run but sadly gave up on it. For now i can´t recommend it. And that´s a shame ´cause the potenial for FL is huge. Wait some time before you start your journey.

Definitely feels like a Bethesda game!
Honestly, I am seriously impressed by this Mod. Absolutely, top-tier work. Are there bugs? Yes. I luckily haven't had any of the game-breaking ones and have been able to enjoy the game for a good 7-8 hours of gameplay. I am loving it. It does crash now and then, once I got stuck inside a building because the door bugged, once I fast-traveled and wound up loading inside the building in a null zone and had to walk through the walls to get out, but that kind of stuff just reminds me of it being a Bethesda game even more. Things are a bit harder than normal Fallout 4 too in my view, less ammo, takes longer to get good gear, but I've been enjoying it a lot. Hopefully, the devs are able to fix the most pressing bugs so more people can enjoy it!

Great game until Fallout 5 arrives!
Impressive game! I have Fallout 4 (next gen/high res) on my Steam account, so I just bought FO4 GOTY on GOG and installed it along with London. I am able to play FO4 on Steam and FO London on GOG. Fallout London crashed every time exiting the train ride into London, but Buffout 4 mod fixed that, and it is just a 10 minute fix to install it manually. I haven't had any crashes anywhere else in the game. Every part of the game exceeded my expectations. Great sounds, voice acting is spot-on, and a lot to see and do in the world right away. The dog companion was very helpful to get early in the game. The story is engaging, and I am excited to continue exploring the post nuclear London. Thank you for this NOLON!
