Windows 10 GeForce 1060 6GB 16 GB RAM i bought it on gog cause i heard this version actually works. But it didn't.

ITS WORKING! 2022

I know the patch on steam worked for some people, I wasn't so lucky. This version booted up with zero problems and runs like a dream. Thank you so much for helping me play a beloved game from my childhood.

Good to return to the DC Wasteland

My first Fallout game originally played back on the Xbox 360 but never finished. Finally replaying again on a newer pc and with all the mods and fixes available this game runs so good and in my opinion looks amazing compared to my experience on the 360. Contrary to most search results that came up when looking for a fix, you can actually run this game at 144 fps with no physics engine issues but you’ll need to do some searching and manually edit a config file. Also notable is the virtually non existing loading times entering and exiting buildings with a modern rig.

Radeon drivers problem

Initially, the game crashed after choosing 'new game'. I've tried everything to fix it. Luckily I've found solution on ATI forums and used an older version of drivers: 23.12.1 It runs perfectly fine now. I hope it helps someone. Cheers and have fun!
