ENDLESS™ Space 2 is a Strategic Space Opera set in a mysterious universe.
Your story unfolds in a galaxy that was first colonized by God-like beings known as the “Endless”, who rose and fell eons ago. All that remains of them are mystical ruins, powerful artifacts, and a strange, near-magical substance known as Dust.
One More Turn
ENDLESS™ Space 2 takes the classic “one more turn” formula to new heights. You will explore mysterious star systems, discover the secrets of ancient races, build colonies on distant planets, exploit trade routes, develop advanced technologies of unthinkable power; and, of course encounter new life forms to understand, to court or to conquer.
As a leader, you have to manage your populations like never before as they react dynamically to your decisions and to their environment, expressing their will through political parties, dictating the laws that your Senate can pass. Will you be a beloved natural leader or will you manipulate your populations to your benefit?
Epic Space Battles
Watch your fighters fly past huge cruisers while lasers rip their hulls apart in epic real-time space battles. Detailed after action reports will help you adapt your strategy for the next confrontations.
Design your ships, assemble your fleets and carefully adapt your battle plans to overcome your enemies. Once you think you’ve done it all, take it online against seven other players.
Strategic Space Opera
Immerse yourself in the ENDLESS™ Universe. The galaxy belongs to the civilization that controls Dust and uncovers its secrets… but were the Endless alone in the galaxy? What is the true origin of Dust?
Lead one of eight civilizations, each with a unique playstyle affinity and story quest, and build great stellar empires capable of imposing your vision on the Galaxy!
Find out more about the Academy and its powerful cast of Heroes, that you can recruit and train to become fleet admirals, system governors or influential senators.

The game is really good. This is my first 4X game and i like it so far, after 50 hours.
The tutorial is taking you by the hand, guiding you toward main game mechanics.
The game is really beautiful. The UI is well made, making it a pleasure to browse each section. A special mention for the game soundrack, really matching the atmosphere.
It's difficult but not unfair (at least againt IA). However there is still a lot to read, a lot of information to assimilate, so it can be overwelming at first. If you like scifi and strategy, i suggest you give it a try.
Endless™ Space 2 Definitive Edition is a deeply satisfying turn-based 4X that balances thoughtful empire management with showy, cinematic presentation. The deliberate pace gives you “infinite time” to plan each turn, which can feel slow to some — but I find that tempo rewarding rather than punishing. You’ll want to explore and expand quickly to gain an edge, but once you’ve built a solid economy, the game becomes a satisfying test of long-term strategy.
Exploration matters: good systems and high-quality planets give you the resources and opportunities to outpace rivals. The technology trees are compelling and tailored to each faction, with unique tech and faction bonuses that change how you approach shipbuilding and planetary development. As an art lover, I especially appreciate the gorgeous portraits, ship models, and battle effects — the game looks vibrant and alive.
Ship customization is a highlight. Designing several prototypes for different tactical roles, equipping them with specialized modules, and levelling ships and heroes adds depth and personalization to every engagement. Battles often resolve based on “odds” that reflect your tech and design advantages, but the option to watch them unfolds into one of the most visually satisfying parts of the game.
Diplomacy and politics provide meaningful choices: you can befriend or antagonize other races, complete faction quests for rewards, and cope with the consequences of political votes. These systems add narrative texture and strategic tradeoffs that reward both tactical and diplomatic playstyles.
Random events and procedurally varied galaxies keep replayability high; each game feels fresh. I love how many systems interlock — exploration, economy, shipbuilding, quests, and politics — creating a rich, emergent 4X experience. If you enjoy deliberate, customizable empire play and gorgeous sci-fi presentation, Endless Space 2 Definitive Edition is a must-try.
fun so far, although it's still early days in my 1st campaign. not being able to change your empire name really breaks immersion tho. sloppy. it also seems a shame to not be able to have much control over ship battles, and for some reason ships move very slow in those. why a spaceship with FTL speed would choose to float along like an ungainly wooden barge on water, is beyond me. but still, overall the game is entertaining, and it looks like a lot of thought was put into most aspects of it. nice sound and graphic design.
Easily one of my favorite games I ever played if you can't tell from the 150 hours I logged in just 10 days!
This game is just incredibly beautifully crafted, from the visuals to the controls to the music to the gameplay!!
The controls and UI are butter, smooth and seamless for management and navigation.
Game is just so immersive, I loved playing.
