the combat has almost no feedback. You know how melee weapon in old fps games were always kind of mediocre or just outright tedious to use? that's all melee combat in this melee focused game. You'll get new characters with almost no personalities (beside maybe the goblin) and evidently the budget fell out before they finished the evil campaign so all of the intermission cutscenes that play before every level are just some barbarian lady talking about what's going to happen in the following level (iirc).

This is one of the titles I put in the "You made an error by buying this. Do not buy any game from this publisher or studio ever again" This game has no save game points in the missions. You have to play it in one go.

As a fan of the game RUNE from 1998 I was kind of looking forward to this hack'n'slash game, but was extremely disappointed. First of all the game starts with an way too long intro which takes so long I had the feeling I was listening to an audiobook, therefore completely lost interest in the story. Then the game started and it didn't get any better. - Graphics are very dull and ininspired. 2002, guys! Those graphics were outdated even back in the mid 90s! - The sounds are really cheap. - Animations (swinging a sword) are one of the worst I've ever seen. - Gameplay is horrible and clunky, even for a hack'n'slash. - Fighting enemies is no fun at all. - Levels are really tiny. - Third mission is an escort mission. - This game is from 2002, but every game from 1995 can stand up to this in every aspect. I don't have great expectations in a game, but this looks more like a fan-made mid-90s game than a videogame that was acutally made from a studio. Extremely dull, boring and uninspired.
