Why buy on GOG.COM?
DRM FREE. No activation or online connection required to play.
your typical roaming rpg type game. You don't get much character customization, the fun part of the game is you use crystals to upgrade your weapon so you can choose to add elemental properties and such. Lots of running around, you get bored fighting the same stuff. No fast travel, but you can travel between save stations. This still does nothing if your way out in the middle of nowhere.
I really like the combat system, though it doesn't give me a lot of skill options in the early game (I'm sure it will improve).
I'm hoping they'll sell the sequel on GOG as well.
This game has got so many issues i wouldn't have room to write it here. So many little issues like the placeholder-esque UI, Music is too quiet one minute and then booms the next, The underperforming voice acting. But the worst one is by far the combat, it's absolutely awful. I have never in nearly 30 years of gaming played a game with worse combat. It feels weightless and empty and is too slow. You can speed things up whereby the animations are faster but then it looks goofy and even worse. I'm giving it a 3 star because it's only cheap and it is quite pretty and with hours upon hours of gameplay.
