At last, the Dungeon Lord has successfully united the forces of evil and established his dark empire. Time for the next step in his most diabolical quest: expansion!
Through enticing the dark elf priestess Thalya from the fluffy clutches of the surface world to become his chief lieutenant, the Dungeon Lord has found a way to direct his campaign of conquest from the confines of his underground lair. With Thalya on the front line, and the united forces of evil to support her, players will have to use every trick in the book to best those do-gooders of the overworld, once and for all!
Unleash your dark side by creating a unique underground dungeon from a huge array of rooms, traps and structures. Raise the most terrifying army the world has ever seen, by choosing from despicable creatures such as orcs, succubae, zombies and much, much more. Then, once you have built your forces, emerge from the darkness and guide your army to the light of the overworld, where you will corrupt the land and dispatch anything even vaguely heroic, cute or unicorn-shaped. And in a first for the Dungeons series, experience randomly generated levels, so that no two sessions are alike – never-ending fun for any evil conqueror!
The dungeon manager you’ve been waiting for: Dungeons 3 is the biggest, best, and evil-est dungeon sim yet, topped off with a fully reworked overworld RTS mode.
Under new management: Command the united forces of evil under the guidance of new character Thalya and lead them to victory.
Size does matter: Extensive single player campaign with 20 missions and more than 20 hours of playtime, randomly generated levels, a brand new co-op mode for two players, more rooms, and more unique abilities.
Speak no evil: The fan-favourite Dungeons narrator is back with his unmistakable voice, continuing the Dungeons legacy in the best way possible.

If you played Dungeon 2, you will like the game, but it really lacks a story and it's just a Dungeon 2.2. I really wanted something more, a entertainning story, but it's just a big chase with catch phrase and jokes about Lord of the Ring and other stuff.
The game is a nice throwback to dungeon keeper. Personally, I don't feel that the overworld map adds to the game. What it tries to add in variety it subtracts in terms of having to split attention all the time.
But what makes me stop playing now after only three missions are the crashes. Constant random crashes. And a quick Google search shows that I'm far from alone with that. There are tons of threads (often in the Steam forums) where someone complains about the crashes. Then a dev asks for logs and information and then ... nothing. No solution, no further comment. So I really don't have the time to force restart my PC and reload the game and then replay the time since the last save over and over again. And since I have no hope that these issues are being addressed I'll just move on.
I have been looking for a game like this for a while now. i would love to see maybe other worlds or other kinds of monster and different scenarios but other than 5/5 stars from me
I've played only 3 mission but I've enjoyed the game so far.
The experience, for the a rts game, was good and remind of another (very old and very succesfull) title of the same category (yea it was good to be bad), but unlike it, gave also the possibility to attack the enemy more directly (in fact you must do it to conquer victory).
I found that graphics is good enough for the style chosen for the game.
There are many in game dialogues, but they are not so annoying and don't force you to stop and listen.
Dungeons 3 is much more refined than the previous titles in the series and a top contender to be the true successor of Dungeon Keeper. The Random Maps feature is a big PLUS. All the developers need to do is to refine it a little more, like adding more features to the Random Map Generator to increase the Replay value more, and maybe add an editor in the future. I would love to see a good expansion later this year and more DLCs. Please Developers don't stop working on this game! This one is a winner (I am willing to pay $50 -60 for a good expansion)
