The best games of last years. Rufus is my idol!!!

comparing this to monkey island = blasphemy... its a good, decent game (part of a series/trilogy) buy it if you are german (german language support) or if you like german sense-of-humor or if you like point-and-click adventures and you plan to play whole trilogy(series)... don't buy it if your expectations are too high...

Although I liked the game in the beginning, because of the scenes that are really nicely designed, I have soon lost my interest in this game, This is mainly due to the dialogues that are too long. Practically you will soon end up listening to some not very interesting talks, waiting for them to end so you can move on with the game. I did not like that and this practically threw me off from playing the game.

Amazingly fun and hilarious in many ways. Definetly worth the price. The puzzles are balanced, the game itself is pretty hard at times, but once you get into it, it's a thrilling ride of crazyness. You'll get to love Rufus and Gal. Guaranteed.

I love the music to this game. The characters are funny. The art style is pretty good. It's very reminiscent of an old flash game from the late 90's, but with better graphics. I really kind of like this game. But as time went on, what they expect you to figure out just gets more and more ludicrous, and you end up relying more and more on walkthroughs, and skipping mini-games that just take up time, and cursing his slow walking speed. This has almost everything needed to be a great game, except a few tiny little tweaks, and a few much needed hints to solve a few puzzles or combine objects. Sometimes you end up figuring out the solution to combining two objects from something that he says that makes no sense, because it's like he assumes you got some piece of information that the game never gave you, as to what you're supposed to do. Why not just have him say something that makes sense that gives you a little hint on what to do next? Perhaps based on how long it takes you to figure it out. You'll likely have your patience tested to it's limit by this game. At least it's pretty nice to look at and listen to. After I know how to beat it, I'll probably like the game more, because then it will basically be just an interactive movie, with a character that walks way too slow.
