Dead State: Reanimated

This game got a lot of potential and could be enjoyable if it wasn't for the bugs! Seriously guys, I'm wondering if the devs even tried their own game before selling it. I would be ashame of myself if I was them. It's like selling a car with no wheels and no engine. You've got the frame, it looks nice but damn, it's not working! It's like selling a half-finished product. You've got to save every 5 seconds only to protect you from possible occuring bugs. There is so many, I would need a book to write them all down. There is areas you just have to avoid because of that. A lot of quests you cannot complete also. If you want my advice, don't buy this game. This is a perfect example of people who were too much in a hurry to rushed a game on the market. I find this completly ridiculous. It's very sad because you could really enjoy the game if it wasn't for that. There is a lot of work still to be done before this game reach the point of decency.

I was expecting Jagged Alliance 2, but its not even close to being that good combat wise. I liked the concept of the game but combat falls short in a hurry.

Bad, broken game. I have had characters miss 100% chance hits and miss 3 back to back 90% hits. The game is just so arbitrary with its combat that it makes it unplayable. There is no skill and no tactics involved. Just sheer dumb luck whether or not the character will actually make a hit. Your enemy's always get the first attack, no matter if you attacked first or saw them first. There is just absolutely no way to play this game with any semblance of skill. If I wanted a game of pure chance I'd go to a casino. Uninstalled.

This game has held my attention for the past week. In my book that's a good game. The story is good and keeps you driving forward. The artwork is pleasant, with just enough left to the imagination to be engaging. The combat is fairly old school turn based feel. The allies are all fairly different and fill a niche. I haven't run into any major bugs, so I guess they fixed those. The only star I would drop is the price point, but you see this game go on sale enough that shouldn't be an issue.
