Good; Does not meet its potential
Over All the game is HIGHLY engageing, story is great but feels unfinished. I dont know if this game was rushed, if it was randomly rebuilt or what but allot of elements in this appear disjointed or simply missing. Key examples: Life paths- beyond the very short intros and main storyline dialgoue this does not seem to be fleashed out at all. I expect a few hours of each life path having some unique play, no such luck. Weapons, overall some cool stuff here but some things are just off. The monofiliment wire for example, this is supposed to be a stealth tool that gets better with cool points but most of the stat boost come from blunt weapons talents. When used and speced out moderartly it is THE best weapon in the game ablte to stun lock crowds and make it so every HIT you land regenerates your health....turning a 'stealth' wepaon into an all out assult weapon better then the katana or Assualt Rifles. Brain Dancing- We see this in the game that the frame work is here but is basically missing from most of the game. Stores all over the place are BD stores that do not sell BDs. I understood BD where to be a big thing, the game sells it to you as a big thing- I think i was able to use it maybe 4-6 times in 60+ hours in the main quest and 2 side quests. Wall running? Saw it in the demo, if its in the game I have not been able to get it to work. Game is not great at letting you know how stuff works. Great example in COOL their is a skill that lets you leap on top of people and knock them out. But without a button promt I had to go outside the game to tell me how that actually worked. Likewise talants are not great at telling you what they actually do, if you want to punch poeple and box its not clear ifd you need to work on athlteics or street brawler. Game is filled with stuff like this, exlcluding the many bugs, Id say this game needs about 1-2 more years in the devloper oven based on game play, missing story elements and missing features.

Great title with a lot of bugs
At the time of the review I finished this game with the lifepath of Nomad with 60 hours of gameplay having finished all the sidequests and the story in general and I want to give my opinion of this game doing the "pro and cons" style and later giving a link of a useful thread that I made on reddit about. As an starting point, I'm a big fan of the Deus ex series and this game takes a lot of inspiration on the modern Deus ex experience (some gameplay features from human revolution, some from mankind divided, some from both) so expect comparisons from those games ------------- The Pros ------------ - The storyline is fantastic, engaging and some of the stories made a real impact on my experience. - Night city felt alive and beautiful (without the issues). - The shooting mechanics felt so good, modifying your gun even felt like a Deus ex modern game. - The CyberWare felt like a buffed version of the augmentation system on mankind divided and I loved that. - The skill tree felt so good, you can accommodate to your play style (I went from balanced to fully stealth build and stealth felt great). _________ The Meh ----------- - Character customization felt so disappointing, it was not that complete like the trailers said, I expected a buffed saint rows customization style. - Car physics need an overhaul but it's ok... ----------- The cons ----------- - Performance... need more time in the oven. (47 fps average on 1050ti on low, and a friend with way better rig than mine struggles a little), need optimization for Ryzen cpu's. - bugs... a lot of them, I posted my list of encountered bugs on a thread on reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/cyberpunkgame/comments/ke77bq/rcyberpunkgame_pc_bugs_questions/gg3x814/?context=3, I hope CD Projekt Red use this as help to find bugs. - Cops AI and people AI, Boring to fight, easy to get rid of them. - Issues with hud UI on low resolution. CD Projekt Red, I hope you read this review and use this as constructive criticism.

An unsatisfying set of endings.
For the most part, a varied and well rounded set of mission based story experiences set within a beautifully crafted and thoroughly immersive Cyberpunk world, let down my the most unsatisfying set of endings I have ever played through in a triple A RPG open world genre game, which all either feel disjointed and cobbled together, or are as emotionally, philosophically and intellectually shallow as Johnny Silverhand’s character.

Expected more with all the hype.
The story feels dated and uninteresting. Controls are clunky using a Xbox controller with PC Runs poorly on high end hardware. i9-9900k, 32gb RAM & RTX 3090... Struggles to get over 50fps. Next time I will defiantly wait for reviews before buying a CD Project Red game that I cannot return.
