Yes, it is even worse than duke nukem forever. (at least that game ran well and was fun at times) And the """"Recommended""" GPU being a 1060 6 is such BS, i used to run one and the game ran at 30ish fps on tiny corridos with the lowest settings with the internal render resolution of 25% I recently got a 3060, and this game still runs like dog doodoo water, the ray tracing that this game brings is pathetic at best. Doom eternal running at 200 to 300 fps with ultra graphics and ray tracing while a lot of poois happening, this game performance is just not acceptable. Minecraft having light illumination that looks more "realistic" than this game its just funny tbh The only thing you are getting out of this game is some pixelated non-censored Boobas but that about it

Almost 10 months later...the game is still broken; the game is glitchy, it crashes, and although PR keeps patching it, the games appears to be getting worse and worse after every patch. The graphics are also paired back with each update in order to make the game more stable. Very disappointed. That being said, I love the world, the characters, the sights and sounds, but I could never recommend this game in it's (Sept. 2021) state.

So boring. Endless dialogue from uninteresting and poorly written characters. Sit in a car, listen to a character try so hard to be edgy and tough. Then FINALLY the mission ends and you get to be harassed non stop by phone calls you are not allowed to ignore to hear even more terrible characters tell you about errands (pointless filler) you can run for them. Not that it would matter if the phone shut up for 5 seconds as there is absolutely nothing to do in this world. NOTHING! What is the point in this game being open world? Other than to buy a dildo? Such creativity! “Maybe YouTubers will make funny videos of our game!” So you get bored and just go from main story quest to main story quest in an attempt to just get through this garbage you paid for only to die of boredom as you spend 90% of your time listening to characters talk, following them around and sitting in a car while the NPC drives because you chose not to drive because the car controls are so terrible and something any self respecting developer would be utterly embarrassed to put out in to the world and have the audacity to charge money for it let alone claim it AAA quality. Most of what they promised just isn’t in the game. I ignored a lot of the reviews and fuss about this game at launch knowing that in general gaming communities tend to overreact, negative videos get more views than positive ones and people just love to hate on things. But this game really is as bad as everyone says. I find it impossible to enjoy and wish I had never wasted my time on it. And yes, the performance on PC is atrocious, still. It’s hard to believe anyone at CDPR played this game and thought it was anywhere near ready to be released. But they must have tested it, meaning they knew how tragic this pathetic excuse for a game was and released it anyway. Nothing a good marketing campaign won’t fix now days in this industry.

I bought into the hype as soon as the first trailed was released a little less than a decade ago. As someone who plays LOTS of open world games and enjoys the immersion provided by these role playing games, I was HEAVILY disappointed by the final product. Sure, it looks nice. The city looks nice. The graphics when turned up to max on a RTX 3090 look nice, but that's about all the game has going. Literally zero branching story lines, every character is bland as hell (especially V). The character back story doesnt matter beyond the first 30 minutes. The action/combat feels bland, and the inventory/crafting system is obnoxiously unintuitive. Sad that I preordered this game. I wont preorder another CDPR game. Dude playing guitar was pretty sweet tho, insane what full body tracking animation can do.
