Unfinished and buggy but amazing
First of all i enjoyed it so much that i played it two times in a row (i am currently on my second run). Yet the game is a buggy mess (well i got only two blocking bug), if you want a properly finished game dont buy it (on date of 22/12/2020, like, police spawn if you are wanted, meh) For me, short way to describe it is, game is so huge and they builded so much game possibility (gameplay, relation, world ect...), they only managed to cover 60% of the potential, and the missing 40% that could be in this game pop to your face, even though those 60% are worth or better than some of the best game. An exemple, your are in a amazing main quest and then you come back to the open world, and you are facing npc and world with close to 0 interaction. It's a mixed feeling. But the map is incredible, size, light, design, detail... I never used fast traveling, and never felt boring Gun and hack feel useless at first, but if you specialize it, you become a killing machine and change the way you play it. Well, melee weapon dont feel useless even with 0 perk in it, maybe they have to balance that, but overall, i really like the importance that your perk can make. Other thing i liked is that is every chit chat is made by phone, only important chat is scenarised and all. The progression is really smooth, like there is not empty part where you are like 'what the fuck i am suposed to do', sometime you finish a contract and right after an NPC call you and call for your help for secondary quest, and then an other one... Cars are badass :D, but liked my riding with motorcicle more. There is a lot of choice to do, sometimes important sometimes not so much, but sometimes you get why they were important way too late :D But i really insist on the 60% 40% feelling i tried to explain. if you can focus on what is in this game it can be an amazing experience, really, but if you only focus on the 40% that could have been, will be less than meh.
