Experience the future!

As a person who from the age of 10 dreamed about living in the times when a person can buy a new eye or avoid death by copying their mind on a USB stick, I LOVE THIS GAME. This game resonates with me on so many levels, that I had an absolute blast playing it. It has amazing graphics, a very good plot, scenes and dialogues, and sounds great as well. That being said, the game of such a big scale (don't forget the world here is not flat, it has verticality to it) has a few technical imperfections, which CD Project Red will surely fix within a couple of months. I have completed the game and haven't encountered a single game-breaking bug. Yes, the summoned car collides with objects or a piece of loot may get unpickable, but this is not a big deal for me. Currently in the process of my second playthrough. The game is a masterpiece. Buy it on PC and grab the best PC you can afford to make the game truly shine. Profoundly thankful to CD Project Red for letting me experience the future I may not survive to see myself. "The Devil" ending is so good! 10/10 (in advance, provided that those little bugs are fixed).

F the Haters. 41 hrs. in. Still Amazing.

TLDR:Is it for everyone? No, and that might just be the problem. Is it bug free? Is anything on release day nowadays? Much less a title that's been anticipated for 8 years? Is it fun? Oh god yes! I feel that at 41 hours in, and seeing the hate spike that the game has been getting the last couple of days, it's time for me to put in my two cents. As a long time PC gamer (read '90) I've seen a lot of games come and go. As a huge fan of shooters as well as RPG's (P&P and Video alike) I've always loved games like Deus Ex, System Shock, and the earlier Elder Scrolls. I can firmly say that this game grabs the baton and keeps running. World/Story: Excellent and in keeping with the source material. As a lover of Shadowrun, I wish it had been that world, but I'll take Cyberpunk instead. The quests have been fun and varied and I still feel like I'm scratching the surface. One of the many notable moments that stand out: Just checking out the city and end up in a future graveyard. Overhear a conversation between a dad and daughter. Dad explains that mom went to heaven, girl wants to know why they're so poor they can't afford to have her personality chipped so they can visit her whenever they want. More to tell, but for a random encounter it was heartbreaking as well as pertinent to the world/story. Combat: Seen a lot of hate out there for the combat AI just rushing you. I have never played a game where the AI so effectively used cover and terrain. I've seen Runners move mountains to stay away from me while still burning my systems forcing me to run into a group of well covered enemies to stop them. Easily some of the best combat AI I've seen in my years. Playing on Hard btw. Performance: I have a mid tier PC and a GPU without ray tracing 1080 GTX 6GB. I run at a solid 35-45 FPS and wouldn't know that if I hadn't been asked. Point being I didn't see lag/issues to the point that I needed to look. CDPR- You're rocking it. Keep it up. I can't wait to see what you do with it next!

The game is incredible

An amazing game. I haven't had such "wow" feeling from a game for a very long time. The story is captivating and I always had "just one more quest" in my head. Side quests are also made with love and attention - I’ve enjoyed every side quest so far. And there so much to discover, to get to know the characters! The characters in this game have their life history... It's just interesting to see what's their past is, why they behave the way they do, what choices they made and how they past affects their life. The atmosphere and the city are vibrant and so satisfying. I can just drive around and enjoy the views and surroundings (I never skip an NPC driving me - I love to watch the city). Sometimes what I see on the screen looks like a movie shot - so beautiful. There're sooo many details! In characters, in cars, cut scenes, city surroundings, quests, side quests, descriptions of the stories and items.... Everything is on its place, so much love and attention was put in this game. I just can't get enough of it. It's 67 hours in the game and I still want more and more of it. Such an amazing game!

Cyberpunk 2077 is a Nice game !

This world is insane ! I'm amazed by night city, I love running throught streets and jumping on roof ! Cars look like those from Watchdog's Legion (not easy to drive) Bugs are present, it's fact but it happen in every game, maybe the last one without any was God of War. I played easily 20 hours in 1 week (cause I'm busy), and appreciate each seconds in this game. I hoped PNJ could have more emotions and sentences. I loot too much same weapons/clothes. It would be cool to play in 3rd Person and see my lovely protagonist a.k.a V. Miss you Jackie.

Very good game

Despite the bugs and optimisation issues this game is very good, which will only be better when it is more polished. After finishing the main story, I didn't encounter too many issues, with none of them being game breaking
