Just finished my first play thorugh and the story was awesome. Side content was great as well. Clocked about 50 hrs I think and still a lot of side content and different endings to try. Bugs where a minor for me and I had no crashes. Just the occasional T posed enemy or hair not loading in, but overall I think if this game was just released on PC there would be much less negative feelings towards CDPR.
Ill change my review when they fix the game. After 7 years 3 delays and its just a mess of game breaking bugs. The amounts of graphical glitches are still prevalent. As for the game breaking bugs I mean ones that make it to where you cant progress even Act 1 still after 2 hotfixes. actual trash
After 40h of gameplay i am uninstalling the game. Why? Am I unsatisfied? Nope.
Right now (and without the bugs) the game is great, 4 out of 5 easy, the gameplay may be a little classic but it is a pleausure to explore Night City.
Still... I know that it can be even better...
when you'll have corrected most of the bugs,
when you'll have added more content or more interaction,
maybe a few good DLC...
I could have a great experience now, but I'll wait one year to have an even better one!
I am only disapointed about one thing...
You can choose to have a penis in the game... but you can't do fun things with it!
I don't ask to be able to modd it like the rest of your body, like turning it into a weapon or a taser.
I don't ask to have a Dick Skill Tree (but it would be pretty fun).
I don't even ask to be able to pee on my enemy.
But why, WHY when i remove my clothes in the inventory i can see myself naked,
and when i go back in the game i wear an underwear?!
I just ask to be able to play a naked maniac who cut people with a katana and never wear a pants XD
Let me see my D moving like a pendulum when i run from danger.
Let me see my D bobbling around when i take a tight turn in my car.
FREE THE D... please ^^
Still, great game :)
On a 1-10 scale, not a 1-5, I would give this a Good Solid 9/10.
This game does have flaws, but not has big or as many as the internet decided their should be. There has been no game in the last 17 years that has had a flawless launch with a LIVE service (meaning digital distribution, pushed patching, stable network; etc.). CP2077 did start off rough but there was no reason for people to slam it as hard as they did day 1 or even the first 72 hours. Why bash this game when you've had much worse released games that have had worse stability and crash history even up to a year or more after their release like Skyrim, Gothic 1-3, Morrowind; where it took community patches to give those stable playability (not patches from developers) yet they got many praises for being great? Makes no sense.
I am running on a 7 year old PC I built myself.

I am fully aware Win7 was not fully supported and has limited DX12 supprt but damn, this game is beautiful. I dont have RTX and I dont need it. Visually its stunning and BREATHTAKING! The gameplay is quite fun.
Story is great, im taking my time exploring, doing side missions and slowly with the story. About 40 hours of gameplay and im 10% in the story.
The controls do need adjustment like the sensitivity on the doubletap to dodge/dash is too high and often you could find yourself cause some trouble doing that.
This is much more stable with the 1.05 patch. If you are on the fence in purchasing just wait a few months. It is a great game, its not going anywhere despite all the BS negativity.
Despite the bugs and poor release on other platforms, it has not stopped me enjoying Night City one bit. I've waited years for this and while others may be showing disapointment and jumping on the bandwagon of hating on the game even on PC, it's not stopped me enjoying the game to it's entirety.
The story and characters are well written, graphics are insane, facial animations are incredible for every conversation and the gameplay is a lot of fun. So much variety in arguably some of the best world design I've ever come across.
It may not suit everyone's fancy but despite being as little rough around the edges with bugs, it definitely suits mine.
