Not perfect, but overall I like it!
I'm in Act 2 now so no idea about the late game, but based on what I've seen so far I like it a Lot! I gave 5*, but there ARE some issues. I think most of those can be fixed in a patch or just a matter of getting used to, right now it would be a solid 4.5* for me (a few days after release): - I'm not 100% on board with the always 1st person approach. It is done very well, and I do understand the artistic decision behind it. Still, I'd love some cinematics where I can see my V (I love 3rd person bike riding for this reason mostly). Personal preference, take it as such. - Controls could be better for playing on mouse+keyb. Not actually surprised, CDPR usually optimizes for a gamepad, I know W2 and W3 were. (Nothing I cannot get used to.) - There are some visual Glitches, a few T poses, floating datapads, missing objects from hands, etc. I personally am not really bothered by them, and I have no doubt they will be ironed out by the time Enhanced Edition rolls out. Scoring is subjective I am aware that there can be other problems that could lower one's experience, so here are some caveats: - I didn't watch any trailers and streams and whatnot beforehand, so I have no idea what features were "cut", or what else expectations the hype built up. - Just updated my PC so no performance problems on my end, so obviously those did not affect my score. - Also I have had no freezes or serious bugs so far. I have friends why cannot play more than 2 mins before a CTD, I'm sure their score will be much lower. :(

So terrible! Much dissapoint! 40+ hours
Now that I have your attention with a negative title, since negativity is all the rage right now, I can say that I really enjoy 2077. Now this is the only game I own on GoG, most of my 200+ games are on steam, so I am no new gamer and can say I like 2077 and can see where it fell flat. First of all, the main story and the side stories are amazing. 2077 isn't your old fashion RPG with paragraphs of options or the most hated wheel of three choices. Instead it focuses on V, a character that already has a background and for the most part a personality but still lets you make choices. You can chose to ask questions, turn people down, and you can chose to chime in or stay silent when the quick dialog options pop up. I really do feel like my choices and actions matter for V and the people around them and that in its essense makes an RPG feel like an RPG. Pros -Main and side story content are engaging and memorable -The world is stunning -Voice acting is amazing, not a single person sounds off or 'jank' and the dialog options flow into another smoothly -Detail is unbelivable and at times akward. Don't think I've ever seen so many 'toys' in my life -The skill tree lets you play how you want and can affect your dialog -Many difficulty options, vamps up the AI the harder+ you go -Crafting is nice, but it is an investment which helps when you do a bunch of gigs and break down your loot -Hidden areas, quests, and or easter eggs -No perfomance issues Cons -No way to change your character's customization options in game -Most of the cybernetic upgrades don't show up on the character's skin -Driving cars -Key bindings, such as dodge being a double tap -Can't have no quests tracked -Occasional bug, mostly visual bugs All in all, good game, but not ground breaking. Upgrade your hardware before trying it, can't believe people expect potatoes to run this with no issues. Bugs will get patched out, but players are responsible for their own hardware and maintaining it.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you
I just can´t thank you guys enough. I´m around 40 hours in the world and there is so much to see and to explore. I´m losing myself in Night City, i just love the world. I did´nt want to write a review this early in the Game (yes, 40 hours and i´m only at the beginning of ACT 2) but i can´t hold back because of the many wrong and unfair reviews out there: * Some Reviews say that you can´t remap keybindings, that´s just wrong * Some players said that Night City is a full of nothing....empty......just BLING BLING and nothing behind, but let me tell you what: I know there are people out there, that have already completed the whole story in UNDER 40 hours, that´s totally fine (everyone can play as he likes) but if you take your time and explore the world of cyberpunk you will be surprised of the details. Just walk around by foot. PARK YOUR CAR and WALK to the next Mission and you will see what i mean. (i have plenty of examples but i dont want to spoil anything) Open your exes, get lost in the world of Cyberpunk PS: Yes, there are bugs, but please people come on: you want to have a complex world filled with substance, stories and details and you expect NO BUGS ?? The more complex a game gets the more bugs you will find. All the Bugs i encountered where NO GAME BREAKING BUGS PSPS: I could write so much more but i need to head back to Night City <3 And to all the developers from CD Project RED. I wish you happy holidays and a happy new year. You did a great job. THANK YOU and BEST WISHES Syraxas
