this game has a few bugs here and there, but other than that i'm absolutely in love with it! running it on a rtx 2080 oc edition and it looks beautiful. with a few patches this game will be just fine.
This game is an example for everybody who are overhyped for a products that they almost know nothing about. Yes, there where tones of gameplay trailers, lore videos, beautiful neon views, but that's not enough to give a proper understanding of what was this game about. Game has a great atmosphere , has lot's of ways of of completing missions, interesting characters and lore, but above that there are also tones of fetch quest (mainly they resemble Ubisoft generic open world game's side activities that can be quiet repetitive and quickly tiring and boring.) driving is arcade but that on personal taste, i dont mind it. rpg leveling system can be a hassle when shooting enemies. Hacking is good but stealth is too easy, NPCs and a.i are dumb as ever. Character creation options are limiting and are more about presets. But main issue is of course , you guessed it, OPTIMIZATION AND TONES OF BUGS. clearly, Cyberpunk was not ready for flawless launch and "mostly Positive" , 77% of those reviews are fair and just. I just hope that someday CD PR will release tones of patches for better optimization and adding other features. This situation will be a great lesson for their managers, who clearly f.... ed up. Until then, 7/10 for cyberpunk 2077. You need to work on yourself, samurai! I suggest, buying this game after patches, especially for those who have low specs PCs.

With amazing people
So, reviewing patch 1.04. Latest hotfix improved the game a lot, but there are still some bugs and systems that do not work as planned. So far story is amazing - one of the best I've ever seen. They created a very complex world that has it's soul, face, and a feel, albeit still needs some polishing.
If you like cyber stuff, like Ghost in a shell, Appleseed (google it, its a manga) and so forth, this is the next best thing, and in that case a must buy. If you do not have liking to that kind of things, it's still a very good game, and if you got the RIG that can play it, still recommended from me.
As I said, it's a diamond in a bit of a rough shape at the moment, but the core systems are there, just need more polishing with patches, which CDPR will no doubt produce, and it will be one of the best games of all time.
4/5 now, and when it get's in 100% shape, 5/5 no doubt.
I avoided all of the pre-release hype surrounding this game and came into it essentially blind. Granted, I know at some point Keannu Reeves shows up (couldn't avoid that one) but that's about it, and I haven't gotten that far in the story yet.
Having said that, and coming at this with tempered expectations, I now feel comfortable giving this a positive review after about eight hours of gameplay. Initial impressions are positive: it's not groundbreaking, but it definitely scratches the itch for good single player story to dive into. It reminds me a lot of The Witcher III; at least, I can tell it's made by the same devs. I haven't had any gamebreaking bugs yet. Just having a good time.
If I could give one piece of advice to the devs:
THE MENU AND INVENTORY SYSTEM IS WHACK!!!
Seriously, what the hell were you thinking? It's all over the place. Super confusing. The whole thing needs to be scrapped and re-designed.
