One of my favorite games of all time
Ignore the naysayers. The PC version of Cyberpunk is fantastic - always has been. I've owned it since a little after launch and rarely had issues outside of some non-game breaking, open world jank. That being said, they have been refining it and improving it this whole time, and with the 2.0 update they've reworked a lot of the experience in a thoughtful way, on top of all the bug fixes and improvements they've patched in since the original launch. The writing is second to none. I don't know who they have writing for this game, but you can tell they're true storytellers, and the voice actors all really know how to sell it. I find myself being just as invested in the dialogue and characters as I would be watching a Tarantino movie. Most of the quests (side quests included) are varied enough that I never felt like I was wasting my time, and it's one of those rare instances where I actually felt like playing all of the side content. I would argue that some of the side quests should have even been main quests - they're that good! There really isn't much more to say other than PLAY IT! This game does more in its first few hours than most games do in their entire campaigns, and somehow continues to get even better as the story progresses. There are lots of choices to be made and multiple endings/scenarios. There's probably hundreds of hours of replayability, and you'll still be finding new things well after the credits roll.
