Cyberpunk 2077

I'm really enjoying this game so far (60hrs in). Yes, there's a lot of bugs and a few more dialogue options would have been great, BUT: - side stories and main quest still motivate me thanks to their unique writing and variety - the city is just beautiful - gameplay loop may not be on par with shooters buts does the job quite well for me - great immersion Besides bugs / polishing, I really don't get the negative feedback here. I think CDPR delivered an awesome game which let's you experience lots of great adventures in a beautiful city. People complaining about the "empty open world" or "catastrophic ai" seem to not have played Witcher 3 which used a very similar approach to world building and citizen AI. This game was loved by nearly everybody. CDPR may not deliver a sandbox experience like GTA or Skyrim, but it fills it open world with an absurd amount of great stories. And I like this approach way more than being able to play poker or other stupid mini games.

I'm playing on a 3080 with a PS5 controller on an OLED TV. It's buttery smooth feels like it was how it was meant to be played. On the HDR options screen I would have liked some prompts to try and optimise the brightness/contrast rather than a couple of screenshots. Some jankiness so far with enemies clipping into the floor, I couldn't finish a particular side quest because of it. Quicksave often just in case. I'll try out a couple of hours on a monitor with k/b and mouse tomorrow. I think the complaints about lack of remapping options are very valid.

I love it. It's dark. My choices matter. My life over any other. Can't wait to experience it in full with a new GPU. It's buggy. But I have full confidence that CDPR will fix those issues given a bit of time.

Bugs-Minor bugs to major bugs. It has them all. But really- truly, I couldn't care less because the game, the world, visual, atmospeher, characters, story, from the tiny details in the world to the massive scale,- its just amazing. I love being in this world. CD Project Red sets a new bar for open world games, and it's a really f***ing high bar to beat.

Yeah that's amazing game and I enjoy it. Yeah it's not e perfection. There is a lot of technical issues (but they looks minor too me I saw only small funny bugs not a gamebreakers) and some can tell something abot core mechanics - which fit the game perfect but you still can tell that the gunplay worse than in Doom Eternal. I say whatever it's an RPG and I need to feel my role and enjoy it and from that perception - it is still a best roleplaying experibce I ever head and believe me I play a lot of rpgs. So if you are afraid of bugs just wait ~6 months and check on this masterpiece again. Me personally don't want to wait. I am enjoing it right now.
