Cyberpunk 2077

The start was hard, but i was waiting. :D 5 star, 4 candle!

I know this game got a lot of hate when it came out, but times have changed. The updates have fixed the issues And added a lot of proper content for free. Still, it's the huge amount of mods that make this game shine Choom. Who knew topless was just an accepted fashion style in the future. ;)

All i'm gonna say is give this game a chance, and PLEASE play that amazing expansion! It's absolutly worth it after the reworks, bugfixes, new content and more to be found compared to the OOF-ish release version

I remember seeing the original trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 years ago, and thought that this was absolutely going to be a game I was going to enjoy. At that point I completely ignored any and all references to it until it was released, no winding myself up with the hype or having any expectations other that that I thought I was going to enjoy the game. Then it came out, I bought it on release and proceeded to become emersed in an amazing game that had rich characters, a deep sense of emersion and a strong sense of place. I genuinely don't remember any bugs or crashes at all. I started a new game when the 2.0 patch came out and I've been sucked into this world again, with no less a sense of immersion. The skill trees are much better laid out and allow the user to buld their character in a much more intuitive way. To be negative I have to say that the new police system is awful, if I wanted a open world crime simulator game where I can spend most of my time fighting police/npcs or having the gameflow interupted by said police, there are othe games available. Fortunately they generally can be avoided or just ran away from. To be more negative, the driving model Cyberpunk 2077 is awful, it was awful when the game released and it is not one bit improved with the new patch. The cars are borderline undriveable, and it is an absolute chore trying to get anywhere with them, the bikes are marginally better but it is very frustrating travelling anywhere in vehicles, there is a fast travel system and that is fine, but it can be immersion breaking to use it. Overall, for me this is one of the best game worlds ever made, the stories are great, often feeling like you are in your own tv show/film/book. It's very easy to recommend Cyberpunk 2077 (except for the cars, they suck)
