Getting better...

Gameplay is 3/5 can get stale but atleast there is variety in options not amzing but passable. Story is 4/5 It has replayability most of the characters are interesting and likable, I didn't expect johnny to be such a dick but he does grows on you. Graphics is 4/5 Looks have never been my interest but still the graphics look pretty great enviroment wise i've allways loved cyberpunk and being able to traverse such a world is something i've wanted for a long time. Sound is 3/5 Music is great needs more synths though gun sound design is good they're not too loud sound alright and different enough that if you know the sound you can guess what people are using. Total rating 8/10 Improvements are being made alot of QOL came with the 1.5 update and i'm guessing more will come. I was one of the many who had been waiting since the original e3 teaser aswell as pre-ordered it when it was offically annouced, as such I never did mind the delays so once it released and was messy to say the least I knew it needed more time. Now all I can say is I told you so, the game is only going to get better as they continue to improve I truly hope others will support the game atleast it wasn't abandoned a year after a poor launch. The bugs i've come across recently haven't been a problem and unlike most AAA titles atleast the've fixed most of them, mind you I did play mostly skyrim which isn't known as the most stable of games. In order to experience most of the game I'm going to have to put in many, many more hours I think 200-400 hours of just raw content is reasonable for the price plus modding is becoming more more popular and with the announcement of proper modding tools it's just going to get better. It just needed more time truly time will prove me correct.

Lost potential.

Gameplay: 4/5 Graphics: 4/5 Audio: (1)4/5 Story: 5/5 Updates: 2/5 Cyberpunk 2077 have some of it's core elements right from a gameplay standpoint. Gun and Fighting mechanics feels great when in comes to action. The leveling system was really easy to get used to, it felt simple, but not so really balanced. Hacking is also feels seamless but a little bit too easy to get used to it and easily forgettable after reaching higher levels with V. Some of the interaction feels really great when it comes to action but still lack features like gun battles from cars (was promoted back then with picture of illustration), lack of places like the metro (which was also promoted with videos) and the highly demanded police chase system (which was not delivered to this time of writing of the review after almost a year and a half). It really shows some of the elements were cut in order to get the game ready to an already three times delayed game. The graphics of Cyberpunk 2077 looks astonishing in CD Project's Red engine and really got me into a sense of immersion for role-playing. Unfortunately some of the bugs really influenced my overall view on the field of graphics which resulted mixed feelings when seeing some of the textures and models while playing. From and audio standpoint, the soundtrack was really catchy and sounded right for a cyberpunk dystopia. Effects of the world, guns, cars felt really good. Unfortunately on Linux the audio did struggled quite a lot and stuttered as well, that is why it is right now unplayable. The story of the 'lone merchant felt like a true "Cyberpunk 2077" story, really get the atmosphere right and felt really great along the progression of the story overall. High respect for the Story department. Only missing thing for me was the lack of friends after the fare well from a friend. I felt this game has lost it's potential. I really hope Richard Borzymowski is not going to be involved in any CDPR games in the long run.

Good job.

let's start with feelings, shall we? it's rare that something leaves me there, crying and looking at the credits like an idiot.. now onto a more structured review. GAMEPLAY: the gunplay is not the best, still pretty decent, quickhacking is absolutely fantastic on the other hand, the cyberware is pretty fun to play around, the controls are a bit unresponsive at lower framerates (30-40fps), the leveling system is good if unimpressive, fun overall. SETTING: at times i just had to stop and look around, there are details everywhere if you just stop and look, the atmosphere is just perfect, NAILED IT. GRAPHICS: a thing of beauty. played with all RT effects enabled, RT makes the game look like it's from a different generation the only game that can compete is Metro exodus EE, yet to find a game that is better than these two Experience: did not encounter game breaking bugs, some crashing, good overall. STORY: this will contain spoilers (duh). a bit short, but absolutely fantastic, all of the characters are very well written, i especially loved the Judy's and River's side stories, Joshua's side quest left me confused a feeling uncomfortable, the Peralez questline was a massive WTF. the endings, they vary from bittersweet to absolutely depressing, honestly my ending of choice would be "don't fear the reaper", a blaze of glory, all the people you care about stay alive, but you have a death sentence on your head, the suicide ending is also well done, you lose your life, but gain the freedom of ending it on your terms, the side character reactions are absolutely hearthbraking, especially Judy and Panam. the devil ending is just depressing, you either die or loose your freedom, the sun, you run, you still die, you died the moment dexter put a bullet in your skull, you are a corpse still moving around, slowly fading away, you can survive by going with Alt, but that is not living, a rougue AI prowling cyberspace, are you willing to die to survive? and I am out of characters.

Bought the game on Xbox and now on PC

Yup! CDProjectRed one of the few studios that makes great content. There will always be noise from crybabies but the game has a great story and overtime has worked to clear out the initial bugs. I am just disappointed as to why is it taking that long for a Witcher 3 sequel to come out. ;)
