A solid game if not slightly short
Classic survival horror gameplay paired well with classic graphical aesthetic. The map feels a bit cramped, but that could just be a nitpick. Some of the puzzles range from being too easy (like they just directly give you the answer in the same room) to being relatively difficult to figure out (really it was just like one or two, but that's fine) But it was still a decent challenge. The story is simple but gives you just enough to be invested in figuring out what's going on. Al in all, I'd say this is a fairly good entry point for someone who's never played a survival horror game. I feel like it could very much become a good childhood memory for a young gamer getting into horror games. But it's also a very good "just like in the old days" type of game for seasoned gamers that just want something that can remind them of better times playing things like Resident Evil or Silent Hill. Nothing crazy loud, in your face, bells and whistles; just a simple and honest throwback that's definitely worth your time and money.
