I was ready to cry BUT ... (FR/ENG)
After hours of trying to play but the 4th book wouldn't open and crashed the game, i tried many things already tested in there and finally, i gave up... BUT i hoped... and tested to download the Offline installation, and i worked ! Coincidence? I don't know, but i'm happy ! Try hard if you really loved this game and it don't work ! -------------------------- Après des heures a essayer de jouer mais le quatrième livre ne voulait pas s'ouvrir et faisait planter le jeu, j'ai essayé beaucoup de choses déjà testés ici dans les commentaires, et j'ai finalement abandonné... MAIS j'ai espéré... et j'ai testé de télécharger l'installation Hors-Ligne, et ca a marché ! Coincidence? Je ne sais pas, mais je suis heureux ! Perséverez si vous avez vraiment aimé ce jeu et qu'il ne marche pas !

Pure, unhindered, pirate fun
Do you enjoy the "pirate" theme? Then you will enjoy Corsairs. Simple as that. It has it all, ship to ship combat, boarding parties, raiding and taking towns, pirate rivalry, fat merchantmen, righteous navy stick-in-the-muds, everything. It is not a simulation but arcade like action. Nothing captures the sheer immature amusement (without the baggage of responsibility or an actual goal) of being a dastardly pirate like this game.

ONE OF THE BEST OLD SCHOOL GAMES EVER
I was addicted to this years ago and last year got a windows 98 desktop to play it again. Thank goodness it came on GOG. Its highly addictive and well worth a play to see for yourself.
